Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

The cleaning staff were impatient and aggressive. On my first full day, housekeeping walked into my room with no knocking. With the exception of one day, this scene happened 5 times out of 6-day atay. When I was checking out, the receptionist staff asked about the stay, I didn't even need to share this feedback as they finished my sentence for me - suggesting this experience was not an anomaly. On one occasion, a housekeeping staff member with brown hair and about 5' insisted on coming in while I was partially dressed. It was just unbelievably rude and discomforting. Additionally, the cleaning was neither thorough nor consistent. A dirty mug was not replaced for 4 days and dust accumulated on items on shelves. If you are a back sleeper, the mattresses are not for you. They are soft.
The receptionist and wait staff were very friendly and hospitable.

Room amenities were not great, for the price I'd expect more toiletries, and better in room stuff that instant coffee. Wouls be nice if you had room service.

It would have been nice if they had some international TV channels or netflix.etc. for families like us who are not fluent in German. Also while the breakfast is really good, the dinner a la carte menu is rather limited and not very international.
It was the christmas market time and the hotel had a small but nice space with toys prepared for kids close to the eating (breakfast, dininig..etc) area, it was also close to the lobby bar...so as adults we had relaxed meals as our 6 year old played with other kids after finishing her meal.

The bathroom is old. The toilet seat has brown stains, as a result of it being old. Very nasty. One of the breakfast personnel was very unprofessional. She didn't know where clean glasses were. In her capacity, she should know that they are in the cupboard underneath the drink dispenser. She didn't look for another solution. Everything was hectic, in the small and crowded breakfast room.

Restaurant had limited food options.
Breakfast was awesome with multiple option for kids. Hotel Lobby was really great with option for younger kids to play, rent toys. Location was safe and we just did not have to worry about looking after them all the time.
