Room furnitures are pretty used and need some improvements, food quality may improve but it's close to an international 3 stars hotel.

Outdoor with 2 swimming pools, confortable sunbeds, outdoor facilities to have dinner / breakfast, personel courtesy. There are many amenities, restaurants and cocktail bars in the La Caleta surrounding areas, def to visit for a great dinner or cocktails and they are less than 5 mins walking.

Breakfast was ok, but it was the same every day.

Good price for what you get in return. Clean rooms, nice pool, jacuzzi on top of the roof and adults only area where you can relax and sunbath. The food is ok.

Out of 5 days, the room was cleaned only 3 times. The AC temperature cannot be adjusted, only by the staff. The food was at medium level at best (especially the morning juices are bad).

Very good location near the beach. Thev room was very spacious. Very nice rooftop adults only area with a jaccuzy and nice view of the area with a relaxing ambience. Free parking near the hotel, if you have a car.

Terrible WiFi. Didn't like not being able to find a table to eat. Especially when there are plenty of empty tables reserved for swimming groups. Having to pay 1.7 euros for water and not being allowed to take our own water in.... penny pinching

some of the waiting staff particularly the older men were quite rude and need training on how to interact in a friendly manner with customers.

The sea view from the apartment was excellent and the location is very good. it was extremely clean and well managed.

every other time I have booked we always had aircon and a sea facing view .!! disappointed this time we did not have this as it now comes at a premium rate which we did not know about . One of the three rooms we bought was on the ground floor and exceptionally hot. There was no way of leaving a window open as was not safe.!

Not enough information about places of interest in the hotel. Information, presented on the digital screen in reception, is not full and prices differ from real ones (or the information was not updated).No tourist agents, advertising or promoting trips and excursions, present at the hotel. No information about buses and how to get around, unless you get chance to answer your questions busy receptionist( actually, receptionists are very polite and helpful, but sometimes you wouldn't want to bother them as they are very busy) Not enough entertainment in the hotel. Disco was only once in the small space near the pool. Some sort of disco for little kids was several times near the bar,while nothing for teenagers who were visibly bored ( and there were lots of them, including my son)Most entartainment is in Spanish, while lots of guests are from UK and don't speak Spanish.

Room was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. Beds were big and comfortable .Lots of storage spaces in the sitting room and bedroom. Bathroom had modern decoration with extra light, enlarging mirror and bide. Big balcony had table, chairs and drying racks. Kitchen had small cooker and lots of plates, saucepans and cutlery, also fridge. Air con was working well and also there were lots of small lampshades in different places.

Booked half board and the dinner was just so-so, race for places by the pool every morning, but that would sort itself out usually.

very poor internet, mostly not working. even 4g barely works bring coffee with you as the one from hotel is horrible if you chose dinner included in your package, you have to pay for drinks but have no idea how much they will charge you untill you live at the end of your stay
