WiFi was poor/ hardly worked. Not enough staff at dinner so service was slow.

Location was excellent and rooms were exceptionally clean and modern. Superb breakfast. Great on site parking.

Really nothing aside from that it is located about 15min from the autobahn.

We were on our way to the Alps and decided to stop for a night's sleep. We booked late in the evening and arrived late but had no problems with getting in contact with the staff and a late check-in. Good sized rooms (big!). Clean. OK breakfast- bread, Yogurt, eggs, fruit etc. Friendly staff. Good value! We liked it so much, we stayed there again on our way back from skiing!

While it did not bather us at all the room we were in was a bit outdated. Still super comfortable and clean.

The comfort family room was huge with a very big terasse. The air conditioning, even if relatively old, helped to keep the room comfortably cool during our stay. Everything was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Hotel staff told me on arrival that breakfast starts every morning from 07.00 AM in the GF restaurant. I've turned up with my family at 07.05 AM on a Sunday, the next morning, and the doors to restaurant were locked, buffet was not ready as we had to leave to meet someone. Luckily, staff were very quick to get some food on the tables.

Ladies who were serving breakfast at the restaurant were very kind.

Very convenient location to EuropaPark resort. Very easy access. Nice and quiet location even from the rooms facing street. Simple breakfast as in many similar Gasthouses, but friendly staff can prepare for you special orders like fried eggs or omlette.

The hotel has a restaurant that is highly praised and it looked great. We had dinner there. The service didn't quite work: the appetizer was brought at the same time as the main course. While eating the appetizer, the main course cooled off. In addition, the food was very salty. So we wouldn't go to the hotel's restaurant again, but we would go to the hotel itself. There are other places to eat nearby.

A very nice hotel in a quiet village. Especially for the dog owner, it's a great choice. Good outdoor places for longer walks. There is also a gym nearby, which we didn't have time to use. But there seemed to be one. The room was really good, spacious and the beds were wide and good for sleeping.

No replies on Booking.com messages. Unfortunately we arrived late due to extreme traffic, but ability to have dinner or snack was still unknown to us. When informed on a closed kitchen at arrival, a little more helpfulness and proactive attitude would be welcome. The sofa/bed was horrible to sleep on. (But overall, still, I'll put it at the negative comments: great place for a good night travelling through)

Lovely large room and relaxed time window for breakfast. Very friendly staff. A forgotten property neatly was sent on request to our house.

A negative that perhaps had to do with our late booking was that the rooms where very hot without a possibility to cool them due to the noise of the street in front of the hotel.
