Our room was on the back side of the building. The street below seemed to get busy early. We should have used the earplugs we found on our pillows.

This is a nice hotel in a perfect location between the river and city center. Nice staff. The welcome drink was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel has a lift and bar. Breakfast was very good. Limited parking on-site. Many nice restaurants nearby.

The location is wonderful. The hotel is in a charming area of Passau. Our room looked out on the Danube. Our room was quite large. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel booked a cab for us and recommended places to eat and visit. The hotel is light and airy. We would stay here again.

I liked everything in this hotel.

The hotel is in the center of the Old Town, located on a lovely street and it's also accessible from the riverside. It has a lift which is not common in these historical buildings and a place to leave your luggage if you arrive too early, like us. The rooms are rather small, but that's all you need for a short stay. The curtains are not blackout, so I recommend having your sleeping mask with you. Also, because our room was facing the Donau River, and there were many river cruises and docks nearby, it could get a little noisy when the ships were getting ready for departure. Other than that, everything is perfect. The beds are comfy, pillows as well. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best of all our hotels during this trip. The staff is very helpful and correct. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and in the heart of the Old Town, surrounded by shops and restaurants.

the overall communication regarding the flooding of the parking garage was poor. There was no open communication about the garage being opened again on our 2nd day nor before that it would be closed (only after directly asking again and again). This could have been managed better as we asked already a week in advance. The personnel should have alternatives ready for their visitors.

We had a huge room with two queen beds and a couch, so definitely enough space for ourselves and our little dog. The whirlpool/sauna area was also noteworthy. The breakfast was rich and the cleaning staff was great.

Rooms are usually petite - they gave me such a great big room. I managed to get there for the rail strike and so had to stay on an extra night. They arranged everything for me and didn't gouge me with the room rate - as some hotels would.

The room was a bit noisy but the music stopped already at 8 p.m. So, no problem.

Very nicely located hotel with helpful staff. The room was extemely clean. The bathroom was newly refurbished and in the room you could find everything you might think about, such as kettle, complimentary sparkling water, tooth brush, comb, ear plugs…just name it. The breakfast was good.

Horrible powder coffee from the coffee machine at breakfast. I found it really annoying that the machine was made to look like as if it used freshly ground beans. There was also nothing cozy about this hotel - harsh lighting, bare floors and cold, cheap looking decor. All in all I found the hotel overpriced.

The room was huge - great for a family. We loved the views from the room. Great location. Convenient parking in the hotel garage for 10 EUR per night.
