Being such a short visit, we didn't really make use of the facilities or breakfast sadly. Location to the Messe was perfect but sadly the area lacked some other eating options but that's no fault of the hotel. Room spacious and comfortable and clean. Bed was not the most comfortable but that is down to personal opinion. I would have liked normal tea or coffee sachets a only had a couple of herbal tea options.

Size of the room I got was small but for one person is just enough.

The attention was great, very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is good, close to hauptbahnhof by walk and also easy access to buses. Only 2 min away from river.

Staff is very helpful and polite. In particular, Salaar and Aamir. You don't have such a nice customer service these days.

Not the fault of the property I guess but the people next door kept knocking on their door throughout the night which kept waking me up. Also the smell of smoke seemed to travel quite easily into the rooms from people smoking outside

We rented the room for New year night and everything was comfortable and easy. The hotel is located in city centre, clean, comfortable with all necessary facilities. We also got the bonus - free parking as a New year gift

The staff was super friendly and helped me with unplanned earlier check in. The room was small. pretty small but very clean and warm. especially I love underfloor heating in my bathroom. i wish more hotels have it. breakfast was ok but could be better. good parking area in front of the hotel so easy to order taxi. also the train station is just few minutes walk. I stayed during big fair as the result the price was too crazy for such level of the hotel.

Room was not very clean. Huge stains on the carpet. Bathroom door wouldn’t close because furniture was on the way. Walls are VERY thin, you will be awaken by your neighbours if you’re a light sleeper. One of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work, and the other one took some time to turn on.

Good price for location. Staff was very friendly. I didn’t have the breakfast, but I walked through the restaurant at breakfast time and the buffet was very well served, they had a ton of options and the price was very good. Room has a small fridge. The shower was very nice.

Excellent hotel with nice rooms, well priced, and in an interesting area close to river and transport links to airport. Not fancy but functional, clean and welcoming.

to be honest - we expecting a better parking situation. it is okay to charge for parking - but 20.00€ a night? sorry that is pure "taking advantage of a situation". We found used undies in the bed / the bathroom was a little foxing / some stains on the pillowcase... but in the end nothing that REALLY bothers us.

location next to the FFM main station & the river Main was a plus. so u dont have to struggle with the typical expected surroundings @ the main station. A absolute plus is just around the corner - go for a walk & a coffee down to the river! We had Dinner next to the Hotel @ Nollywood (african food with outstanding service) & Breakfast around the corner @ Cafe Frankfurt (soooo nice) - go to both if you have time & u are not that posh!
