1) The reception man had little understanding of hospitality. Made us stay in the rain for 20 minutes without letting in. 2) after letting in he refused to give us the room, as one of our dogs was 'too high'. He said the statement about dog friendly hotel in booking is not true. He is the master to decide. My husband had to treat him like a child and convince to let us in. 3) the location was very busy at saturday night - constant noise, cars, people talking. 4) no wifi in the room

Upon arrival the instructions were unclear and it took some detective work to find reception. It was all worth it though. Although there is some parking at the facility (apparently) it was necessary to park on the road.

The apartment was very clean and nicely equipped. The bed were comfortable. The staff were really friendly and very helpful and accommodating. The location within the town was great for accessing the centre and many takeaways.

Excellent staff. Incredable home made breakfast. Very cincere and helpfull host and staff. Convenient location with breath taking view from roof top. We definatelly recomend to everyone.

While booking the room I saw that check in is available until 20:00. I wrote a message to the facility with the question about possibly to check in later as I knew we were supposed to arrive there quite late. I've got the answer like i"t's ok just call us when you are here" As expected we arrived at the facility after 23:00. Everything was closed and the phone didn't respond. We waited and tried to call, to leave multiple messages, to knock the door with no response. We were forced to drive away and find another accommodation. It was a very unpleasant and stressful experience! Today, 2 days after, still no reply from the family, but instead got message from booking that the landlord reported that we didn't arrive at all! This all is totally disrespectful and irresponsible!!!

I had booked a room for 2 nights. The booking was made 3 months in advance. I also received a confirmation from the hotel that my arrival time (1400-1500) was ok for checking in. When I arrived at the hotel, at 1430, I was informed that the hotel was full and they did not have a room for me. There was a slight language barrier, but the guy at reception was saying that there was a motor bike event locally, and the prices had risen to 300 euros a night. I had made my booking at 49 euros a night. I think he may have been offering me a room at 300 euros, which I obviously refused, having booked at the much lower price. He called booking.com, and then called several hotels nearby. One had a room available at 69 euros a night. I walked to this hotel, and checked in there. The receptionist at Pension Mullers Alte Backstube said to ring the next morning as I may be able to stay the following night. I called the next morning, and on the 5th call, the phone was answered. As soon as I said my name, the phone went dead. Did he hang up on me? Who knows. I tried again another 2 times, but it went straight to voicemail. I decided to stay at the hotel I had been sent to the previous day. Disgraceful behaviour from this hotel. Obviously huge profiteering for the motor bike event, with no consideration for people who already had bookings. Beware of this hotel. I wouldn't go anywhere near it again.

We booked apartment with 2 bedrooms and discovered that rubbish from previous guests was in the kitchen's bin, a someone's razor on the shower cabin and a long hair on one of beds. After such a bad experience I'm not sure any more if towels were clean and beds were made for a new guests or just adjusted/smoothed. My wife started to clean door handles and lighting switches at least to not get COVID-19 at this places (they were really dirty), but I think we were not able to avoid such contact on other surfaces. Of note, don't touch windows, as they look like someone never cleaned the frames. The advertised private parking place does not exist and we had to park our car on the street (during working days only 1 hour parking is allowed). I don't know who is usually staying at this place (big wardrobes, 2 fridges and big kitchen like expecting someone to stay here for weeks), but I can't recommend this place even for one night, especially during pandemic. I can't say anything about breakfast (we decided not to try), but the staff didn't wear mask and told me that 18 guests are expected for breakfast in their small dining room, so probably it was better for us this way. Double bed is actually two single beds pulled together and mattress is soft, so not suitable for someone with back pain at all. One big towel was provided for one person and no smaller hand towel was given.

Bedrooms are big and kitchen was well equipped, but here ends a positive side.
