Great central location in Munich, very close to the main plaza and close to many interesting places, very close to the metro station with great connectios to the rest of the city but also a walking distance as well. Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Amazing for a short stay of a few days as we did.

The basin in the room was too small, and it was messy to wash your face there. There's space for a big one in the shower room.

We had a lot of traffic and arrived late. We were just in time for the reception to close, so might be ideal to have larger available times there.

Our room stated and showed that we had a bathroom attached / in our room and it was NOT. although there was two on our floor it just wasn't ideal. Should update their booking site for future guests.

To shower we had to go upstairs which was pretty annoying. Beds sank a bit in the middle which gave me a very mild back pain in the morning.

They had a fridge and a microwave in the room which is pretty cool. Room and toilets were clean. Free coffee upstairs.

The showers were in the second floor, so if you’re staying in the first floor this is a bit uncomfortable (thinking the weather is getting colder and colder)

The pillow and duvet weren't great, the shower was too low and the shower curtain pole fell off as it is poorly attached to the ceiling.

Parking is very limited. We stayed on the 4th floor, and there was no lift.

Great location - 2 minutes to U Bahn, 30 minutes walk to the centre Dining room open 24 hours a day - free drinks and facilities to prepare food. Very clean, and staff very friendly

Nothing, it was perfect for my stay.

Check in was quick and easy. The room had large windows and a small patio which I really enjoyed. The bed was big and comfortable. The location was great as well, it's a little ways from the Aldstadt where most of the tourist attractions are but I enjoyed being on a quiet side street and access to the city center was quick and easy by scooter or bike. There was a small fridge in the room and a coffee machine in one of the common areas that I used a lot. My room had a bathroom with just a shower and the shared toilet was just outside my room, but I don't think I heard anyone else use it once. The apartment was quiet and I never heard any of the other renters. Would definitely stay here again, especially with the price point it's at.

The bed wasn't comfortable, in the summer its so hot that was hard to fall asleep. If the hotel could set some fans, ventillation or an affordable AC in the rooms that will be awesome.

The friendliness of the staff very welcoming, the posibility of just a little walk and you got every by the street restaurant, bar, store and subway station.

I hope the price is high because they are giving bathrooms shared basis and they don’t give towels or linen change ., Some how I managed to get the toilet with my room but then also they do not provide towels or linen ., cleaning also on request else they just clean corridors. Even on request they just clean floors nothing else .

This is actually very close to metro and bus service just 2 min walk , the reception man behaviour was good can speak English.
