The room needs renovation, there is only one socket near the bed, it is inconvenient to charge the phone between two people. Breakfast is very simple (boiled eggs, coffee, cheese, ham, bread, jams, milk), on the last day there was not even cereal (my daughter had it for breakfast).

Ideal location, about 10 minutes walk to Marienplatz, even closer to the market square. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

We have been informed 1 day before that the hotel was full and they relocated us to another place. Booking was for double room but they gave single as only 1 of us was present in checkin (1 of us had to travel later) and when we asked reception why we get single room when we book double they just saying "ask booking"...

Great location, good staff. Just a few minutes away to heart of Munich by walk. There is a tram station in front of the hotel. Breakfast is enough. Price/value is good.

Not so much of a problem for us, but no elevator could be for some walking up to the 4th floor using the stairs. Room could do with some modernisation.

Very close to the Market area and Central Munich. Staff were friendly and helped out with advice on travel options to the Airport. Taxi Rank just outside, we didn't use it, but very convenient. Very clean room. Cheap accommodation which did the job for 1 night and then we left the City to go home.

The towels although seemed very clean, had a little musty smell. Hated the toilet design.

Location was 5 star. Very close to Old town and outdoor markets. Breakfast was great, and the breakfast room was done up very nicely. Everything in the room was fine, for example outlet plugs for devices, etc. space to put suitcases, and hang clothes.

My room was looking on the square and it was quite noisy.

Location is ok, very close to the pedestrian area of Monaco. Breakfast just normal as well as the room, but the shower was working, the tv as well, so everything was efficient. For a short stay it is just perfect.

Sound isolation of the walls is good but for the doors, it could be better. The room doesn't have AC so it might be too hot during the summer

The room is spacious, meets all your needs but don't expect anything luxurious. This is just a really nice place to stay in with all the necessary facilities :) Also, the manager lady is super kind! I had to leave early in the morning so I wouldn't make it to the breakfast. The manager lady offered to make me some sandwiches using the ingredients they would normally serve at the breakfast. Therefore, I got to eat my breakfast even without actually being there! By the way, those sandwiches were really nice!

It is not a real modern location and it’s not particularly manteined.

the location is very near to the center. we arrived at 1 in the night and they leave the key in a secured box giving the code. breakfast was included.
