Irresponsibility of hotel management >>> I knew I was coming late on October 27th 2023 for check-in for stay (accident and closed Autobahn for hours). - Tried to call hotel many times, but no response. - I asked a friend living in Berlin to pick-up key for me, went there, but hotel was closed 45 minutes before check-in closure! - Have intervened by Booking,com and Booking.com assistant could not reach hotel nor hotel manager on secret phone number either. - Have sent an mail to hotel to cancel booking in such case, but no response. Till today, November 7th, I have no response from hotel, but hotel has got my credit card numer and booking. I am ready to change this opinion, when the hotel will respond confirming no-cost cancellation of the booking.

Location and hope for a place to stay, that did not come into being.

I got locked in my room because the key didn’t work. It took me 10 minutes and a lot of force to open the door. I had to call reception to come and rescue me from being looked in my room and reception took 10 minutes to pick up so I thought I would need to call the police to get me out. There was random knocking on my door at random times during the night which was scary as I was by myself. I could hear everything happening outside my room as the doors provided no soundproofing at all. Overall I felt extremely unsafe during my stay

Room could be cleaner, for ex. under the bed. Equipment is old, especially in the bathroom.

Location of the place is just excellent. Really close to metro line. A few shops near by, some restaurants and cafe as well. I'm a little bit confused about all the bad comments I have read about this place. For this price in Berlin I think it's really good. Service was really nice and helpful. When yoh just need a place to stay at night, warm, with clean sheets and hot water beacuae you decided to spend whole day sightseeing - there is No better place in this price.

The room and bathroom were very dirty. The toilet seat and shower were broken (but they could be used). There were three large windows in the room, one was broken which made us feel quite unsafe, in addition there was scaffolding under the window and only two curtains which did not provide privacy. The price is very low, but it would be nice if it was at least cleaner.

It was quiet. Very good location, close to the metro and tram - U2 2minutes from hotel. Very nice employees.

Everything was great, the stuff was really nice and helpful. Location is also an advantage, very close to city center yet quite and calm.

Very very dirty. The halls, the lift, stairs. In the room the shower had only 2/3 of the door to cover. No lamp cover. The beds were scratched. I also booked 4 bed room for 3 and got 3 beds. For one night it is fine, the sheets were clean and that was important for me. The beds looked horrible but were really comfortable. It is not pretty there but I think if they do some simple actions such as cleaning or fixing little stuff they could get way better notes.

The staff was ok, they replied to emails etc.

There was a construction going on and even if we closed all the windows to try to shut pff the noise it didn’t help. Couple of times we woke up very early because of the noise. Also wifi is not working. Shower door is also broken.

It’s very accessible and the staff is very accommodating.

- Wifi didn't always work - Construction noise from 9AM (I recognize however that this is a temporary issue and not worth raising a fuss over)

Check in and payment went down without issues. Room fulfilled basic requirements: clean, functional amenities, relatively comfortable. No major complaints.

We just didn't feel safe there at night, door didn't really lock, strange noises all around and the hotel is open 24/7 without having someone on reception past 10pm

Awful rooms with dirty walls, linens. The window looks is just a collapsed building. Constant sounds of construction work, very bad sound isolation. No chance to at least have some hot water. Not recommended at all.

Good location, close to the parks, supermarkets and not far from the city center.

Room was dirty, mould all over bathroom and dust everywhere Shower handle broken and very dirty, requiring cleaning before use Nil privacy as blind were see through. Workers were working directly outside our room starting from 6am, very loud and felt like they could see in.

Great location- easy train into city centre Allowed us to leave our bags after check out Staff were reasonably nice
