Less on them and more on google maps, save the actual address bc Maps kept trying to send me to another location whenever I tried. Also fresh juice! I got spoiled quickly by all the good juice options that I've found throughout Europe that this one made me a little sad

The breakfast was really good though not my favorite as I felt most other hotels had fresh juice and made to order eggsnbut this was still a solid option as it was close to the main Train station, buses pass by frequently and the tram and underground also pass nearby. Also it was pretty quiet and exceedingly relaxing there was even a thick curtain b/w where the bathroom and room entrance was avs the rest of the room so you could get ready or come back late without accidentally waking up the rest of your group

I would appreciate reccommendation to arrive (I was walking on foot) from the other side. The Frankfurt "bahnhof quarter" is one of the most unpleasant I have experianced so far, however, the entrance from the other side is quite safe and OK. But you do not know it, if it is your first visit to the city. What I also did not understand was the heavily dirty carpet and the battered walls on the first floor. When you enter the floor, you want to escape immediately and you do not expect anything good from the hotel. I would not say I am sensitive, but it was too much even for me.

Nothing much. Other than the ocassional shouting voices of people on streets every thing was fine.

The hotel is in a nice location near to most of the Frankfurt attractions and is well connected by tram services.Tram stop is just a few metres away from the hotel.I didnt feel unsafe as some users reported in their reviews.

the area wasn’t the best at this particular hotel. there were homeless people sleeping on the corner diagonally opposite the hotel, mattresses in the ground etc. right next to the hotel there were guys hanging around and a strong smell of weed as we pulled up. the guy in reception assured us they would not bother us and we’re there to do their drug business. it’s not somewhere we would stay if I had children with me though. wish we had looked into the area more before we booked.

It was clean, hotel reception staff when we were there was fantastic. whee we n we got to our room we could hear really loud base music from flats at the back. when we asked to move the a room at front of hotel that was no problem at all.

The location is not updated on Google Maps. The workers there are aware of the problem, but did not bother notifying me in advance. I found several other folks with suitcases around the wrong building until we figured out the right spot.

Breakfast is nice, room has some character and is very comfortable, location is great.

Room was not clean. Walls of room dirty, Toilet didn't work properly. Lost of noise outside. Bed not comfortable. Empty minibar en not cleaned and disconnected. Shower faucet placed incorrectly. Small welcome information is missing.

As in every city in the world, the area around the train station is a bit shady. I didn't feel like being in danger, maybe just a bit uneasy

The environment in the Hauptbahnhof and close to the hotel is strange/dangerous. I was very careful about the times to return to the Hotel.
