Not the best neighborhood to stay..

Room was a bit smaller than anticipated. Would l have liked a kettle in room maybe a mug too.

Lovely staff! Cheap. Slept great. Had a TV for Netflix They had earplugs which was great because loud in the early morning.

Just something to be aware of: there are a lot of stairs in the property. I didn't have a problem with that, but if you have mobility issues maybe ask when booking which floor your room is located on.

I was a little worried after reading multiple reviews mentioning the noise at night, but decided to give it a try anyway, because I just needed a place to stay before an early flight and the rates looked great. In the end, it was utterly quiet - but I stayed on a Tuesday and my room had a window to the back. It's well connected via public transport and centrally located in Hamburg. All members of staff I encountered were really nice. Considering the location within Hamburg and the fact that this is a big city, it's very cheap for a single room with private bathroom. Everything was clean, my bed was comfortable and they even provide toiletries. I had a great (even if very short stay) and would book a room here again in the future.

The plug of my bedside lamp had broken off, which is why the lamp unfortunately didn't work :(

I loved the view from the room. We overlooked the whole Reeperbahn. The staff was friendly, for that price, the room was extremely clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely come again :)

Going up the stairs with heavy luggage was a challenge. The room was quite small and there was basically only the beds and a small table inside. It was a bit loud at night, but this is to be expected being in the Reeperbahn.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We were greeted directly with a beer, which felt very nice. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern. The waffle in the breakfast was definitely a highlight you should try.

Great for the bathroom amenities, but the soapand shower gel could smell better. I know they were eco ssustainable, but the neutral smell was really not appealing.

Great location, friendly staff, great wifi and I got a quiet room on upper floor. All in all, room had everything I needed.

It’s definitely not for families with kids. Of course it’s our fault because we didn’t check the location. All around was sex shops, homeless, prostituts, nightclubs and bars. For night life it’s good enough to stay. First we got room at the same floor as a reception, but in a room was loud noises, you could smell cigarettes and sounds from the bar downstairs, also was bunk bed, even if we have ordered room with a 4 single beds. So we asked to change room. We got room at the 5 th floor, there was quite and no bed smell but no lift, and you have to go many stairs with luggage for 4 persons 🙂. Beds was not fully prepared. No water in a room.

The bathroom smelled a bit musty like sewage. It's quite loud, I woke up several times from some shouting outside. Notice: You live right on the Reeperbahn.

Very well located between the St. Pauli underground station and the Reeperbahn S-Bahn station with a cosy breakfast room and lounge. Nice smokers terrace and tastefully furnished but simple rooms. Super nice, somewhat alternative-minded staff. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Good for partying but also if, like me, you have to go to the airport the next day and are looking for a cheap place to stay for a night.

We got a room on the street side so it was pretty noisy until 6 in the morning. This could also come in very handy because you can of course join those parties if you'd like.

Super clean and very centrally located. The design of the place is very nice.

The hotel is a non-smoking hotel, but the walls or something smelled very much of smoke and there was a strong smell of smoke

Very nice staff - the hotel’s placement was central on Reeperbahn and of course noisy from the partying outside and the very thin walls, so the earplugs delivered by the hotel came out handy!

I was charged for breakfast at 11h06, but time for breakfast was over at 11h. They agreed to pay back, but only by card. Since I had payed with a foreign card, I lost money (because of the change).
