The staff was very really nice. First check in they gave us a dirty room, but after telling them, we got a nicer and bigger room instead so everything was fine. Breakfast was good. We also borrowed some plates, pans etc, which worked as well.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms well-maintained and particularly the breakfast excellent: great variety to choose from and a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was easy to reach by bus or tram.

Overall, we felt everything could have been a bit cleaner, especially furniture in the room and breakfast area. Beds were okay for the night, but not the most comfortable.

Very convenient location, not too far from the motorway, not (!) in the city center with ample parking for our overnight stop. We checked in not long after midnight and were greated by a friendly staff member. Breakfast buffet offered many options, and started early, which was convenient for us as we wanted to proceed our travels.

Best reception for our dog so far: dog bowl, pack of treats, roll of poo-bag. Free icecream! Plenty of other services for free that we didn't even use (like free rental bikes). great furniture in the room, plenty of surfaces to put our stuff. Bathtub! AC! Excellent breakfast, on the terrace (I wonder where dog owners can have a breakfast during winter time, though).

Restaurant shut and we were too tired to go off looking for domewhere. Our cat is nosey and in the little kitchen area if room 109 she pulled out a vsriety of discarded items. Also in the fridge was a huge block of melted and re-frozen ice.

Staff were great. Parking good. Breakfast was amazing.

Poor air conditioning and, as a wheelchair user, unable to access washing facilities in bathroom. Not enough accessible rooms.

The restaurant is currently closed in the evenings with not many restaurants nearby. The car park is a little small for the size of the hotel. Minor issues.

Everything! The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome, so much choice and set us up for the day nicely. Unfortunately didn’t have time to use the spa!

Price was good, breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Everything was like it must be.

Although we made a reservation for two, the room was only prepared for one person (one blanket, pillow, towel). Luckily we found some extras in the closets. It's located a little outside the city center, so ideal for a stopover (what we did), but I can imagine that it's a little far if you want to visit the city center.

The room was spacious and quiet (our room was located at the back of the hotel). We enjoyed the breakfast, there really was a lot of choice. The hotel is located just outside the LEZ zone (Umweltzone), so you can reach it without needing a vignet. And there is a lot of parking space. You don't find many hotels for this price and with excellent breakfast included.

Location perfect if you wish to have free parking and you dont mind travel into centre by public transport, others may wish to be located in the centre.

Overall good value for money, located outside of the centre, close to road but Trams located close buy that run frequently, journey time 10mins to centre, centre has many cafes and Restaurants. Free parking. The room was a good size, very clean, the Breakfast was exceptional, very large selection of hot and cold items. We stayed 1 night whilst travelling from Croatia to England, suited us as we had a large camper van that we was able to park on site, and would stay again. good value for money but expect to use the trams or public transport to get to centre.

In the room there was dust on the surfaces on arrival.

Very quite hotel, specious rooms with fridge and microwave. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast room is so nice decorated. And the choice is perfect - everything you could wish for.

Excellent hotel to use on route to Italy. Breakfast was excellent and our room/apartment was very spacious with a small fridge, koffie machine and microwave. Would definitely recommend!

Good family room, breakfast very good (fresh orange juice, wide choice). Game room with pool table, table football and table tennis. Handy location for transit (close to the A8 motorway).
