It was challenging to carry the luggage and a stroller from the underground parking, which did not have an elevator. But that issue can easily be avoided if you unload your stuff before driving in the parking.

The staff is very friendly and supportive. They replied to our messages immediately. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is good, 15 minutes walk from the centre and easy to reach by car. The availability of a secured underground parking was another plus. The restaurant is also great. Although it was a bit expensive, the food was delicious, so it was worth it. We especially appreciated how helpful the staff was to provide us with a table where we could sit comfortably with a young child.

Maybe the room lighting could have been better - it was all wall, and no centre. Apart from that, nothing to dislike at all.

Great modest sized hotel on the western edge of old Heidelberg. Must have been modernised or refurbd. fairly recently - the decor, public areas, and the room were all spotless and in perfect order. A couple of balcony type seating areas on different floors, coupled with outside (pavement) seating for the resaurant mde it easy to find quiet to eat or simply sit and read. The restaurant was very good for a small hotel, and the breakfasts were excellent. Quirky lighting, unusual paintings and a good choice of background muzak were the icing on a great stay. (and the parking was good as well)

Great location, nice and clean rooms. Only 10-15 mins walking from the main train station. Also has a nice bar and a restaurant. Even though my room was looking at the main street, it was relatively quiet.

My room was in a separate building from the main one though the room itself was very spacious and clean. I don’t think the reception woman told me that the parking was that expensive for such an inconvenient space (not easy to access and very narrow to drive).

The power socket at the desk didn't work with a UK plug adaptor (had it been rotated 90 degrees then the UK plug would have had space)

The bed was very low to the ground and location was much farther from city center than I realized.

We stayed there here fir a week and the room was not clean during this time, maybe once and not well (still the carpet was dirty). The beds were not properly made during our entire stay. Every night we had to made the beds. Basically housekeeping was not good. And only once we could take a proper shower because the water will keep changing from very hot to very cold.

Since I could not use Qube own parking facilities (which are restricted to 1,50m height) I had to park nearby in a quite old, unconvenient parking garage that offers a few tight spaces for cars.

We were missing a water kettle or coffee maker in the room or in the common areas, and there was no option to get complimentary cooled/filtered drinking water which we would have expected in a hotel of this category and price range. Though the idea of not daily cleaning rooms for environmental reasons is very good, a daily room check if everything is alright would still be nice - for example, if there are enough tissues or toilet paper or if the waste basket needs to be emptied for example.

Modern Hotel, located conveniently near the Neckar and the old town. Spacious room with clean design, balcony, and big bathroom with enough space to put all necessities. Since the windows open to the backyard, it was quiet during the night.
