- The rooms were not clean! When walking in the room with bare feet and you can feel the dust and sand underneath.... what's so difficult in using a vacuum cleaner after each visitor checked out? - Breakfast was fine, but less than brilliant. More different types of bread would be much recommended.

I did not like the lack of pillows on the bed, a small room with limited working space and table. The green mould in the bathroom area. The place was simply overpriced but did not meet the standards.

The room was not ideal, there was green mould at the floor of the shower and the internetr connectivity was poor. The WIFI never really worked.

I didn't like that the team on the hotel were not able to speak English so if you are not a German speaker could be a point to consider, also that we asked for a glass of water to drink medicine and they completely refused to. Will be nice more options for breakfast, because if you have a special diet or need to be careful of certain food is posible that the breakfast they offer will not match correctly.

Is pretty good connected with public transportation. They clean the room pretty well daily. There were always warm watter available. Pretty good options for tea and options for sugar.

I disliked the broken cupboard/items in the room. If I recall correctly the door was broken on the inside. We had i.e. only one bedside table lamp. When I had dropped something and picked it up there was a lot of dust under the bed which was not from just one week. I think in general the room should have been better cleaned and decorated with care. The commons parts were much nicer than the room.

I liked the breakfast and all the staff involved in the preparation and serving. The very cheerful character of one of the ladies serving gave you the right mindset for a good start to another day of vacation. Also, the receptionists were very helpful.

The hotel needs a refresh. Despite the walls being thick old buildings, the doors let through all noises from the hall, so not great for light sleepers. TV above the head of the bed is a misunderstanding

Breakfast was simple but decent. I did not understand the idea of someone serving a coffee. I thought it was one of the guests at the beginning, as the person didn't have any sort of a uniform.

The photos and reality are different rooms. Not very clean in the room. Not the fact that the beds are clean. maybe they don't change the sheets after previous people, and the same with the towels as they didn't look or smell fresh. Yes, the shower and toilet were clean, but the atmosphere in the room is not very good. The staff is great, no issues with them. Many questions to the owner of the hotel, as the price-quality ratio does not match at all. And owners need to learn how to better monitor the cleanliness and appearance of rooms and doors of your hotel. If all of the above is not important to you and you just spend the night and leave, then you can stay. But if you want to relax comfortably for a couple of days, look for another hotel, albeit a little more expensive, but more comfortable than this one. we came to the clinic for treatment, and we needed somewhere to stay for one night from the road, and this hotel came across next to the clinic. We didn't have much to choose from, so we stayed.

The room was pretty worn out (not the bathroom though) and it was not great sound-isolated as i could hear people from the stairs. Luckily im a heavy sleeper so i could sleep well anyway.

The staff was very helpful, but they cant speak or understand much english - but with some gestures we sorted everything out. Bathroom was exceptional!

We got a twin room and as our neighbours were two young men/boys who behaved like they were the first time in a civilised place. They shouted, pretended to have sex on the bed, jumped on it like four year olds and it was going all through the night. The staff was nowhere to be seen after midnight, not even a security guard so we had to intervene ourselves which did not help at all. The staff didn’t seem like they cared if their guests were comfortable or not, they seemed very indifferent to guests altogether. The bathroom despite being clean was in a bad shape - the tiles on the floor were coming off, there was a smell of mould and the whole bathroom was obviously cleaned but not maintained. Flatscreen Tv? Technically yes, but the size was microscopic, my laptop has similar screen size. And Wi-Fi was absolutely horrendous. It wasn’t even possible to check our mails, not to mention any web surfing. Streaming YouTube? Forget it. Music? Absolutely not. Loading Google page? Like it was 1995 with 56k modem. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience and I do not recommend staying in this hotel even at this price.

It was quite clean and the price was very affordable. The shower had really good water pressure so taking a shower was a pleasant experience.

Very Basic Facility Hotel, Old Building, Need to improve. Breakfast needs to improve but staff in Breakfast area was very humble and cooperative.

Staff was cooperative and location was also good( Near to Subway) like 10 min walking distance ..Budget hotel for short stay. Good for ITB attendees who are looking for economical hotel.
