The room was somewhat worn out and the massive door key was a bit cumbersome. These were minor issues for a short stay and not really negatives.

Excellent included breakfast! I especiall liked the soft boiled eggs and cheeses. The room was basic but comfortable for a one night stay. The location was great and the associated wine bar down the street had some delicious choices. Highly recommend. The staff were helpful in suggesting places with views and local treats.

The breakfast is quite modest. The room was small and looked as if from 1990s. No kettle in the room. Restaurant is closed on Sunday.

The most scenic location. Very good restaurant downstairs. Easy to find by foot. Very nice receptionists and staff. Proper central heating.

The pillows were very flat. As if they were not there at all. Breakfast was ok.

It was difficult to figure out where to park to check in to the hotel - I drove around and around for about 30 minutes, trying to find someplace to park. I eventually just parked and hoped I wouldn't get a ticket while I checked in (I didn't). The shower cabin could use a shelf or something to hold shampoo and soap as placing them on the cabin floor is not ideal. I know the shower style is European and if that's the only thing I have to mention on the bathroom, that's pretty good. And finally, I must mention the one pillow that was provided with my single room. It was incredibly flat and not very pillow-y. Even balling it up and using the spare blankets underneath it did not help. The next day I requested another pillow and while it was flat as well, I was able to ball them together. This is probably an American preference and I do not fault the hotel at all as they were quick to correct the issue when they were informed about it.

I absolutely loved the location - it was in walking distance of everything you could want to do in the old town. The hotel itself is quite charming and very well maintained. The breakfast is a typical German-style breakfast and quite filling and very fresh. I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was and how much they wanted to please. I've stayed in many hotels throughout Europe and this hotel had the best staff, hands down.

The hotel is literally beside the most pictured spot in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. It is near a lot of shops and the plaza. It is inside the wall.

The value is a little bit on the high side. The staff were friendly and professional excluding the young lady at the reception who was rude.

The location is at the heart of the old town. The staff were kind enough to give us a room with a view on the Main Street. Although the building is old, the place is clean and well maintained.

A kettle in the room to be able to make a cup of tea would be lovely.

This hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing. It is directly opposite the famous 'Crooked House' and right in the heart of the Old Town. Whilst there was no kettle in the room, this hotel is close to lots of cafes and restaurants and in the heart of the shopping area. The room was bigger than average and very clean, with windows that were able to be opened for fresh air. The breakfast buffet was very very good, with lots of breads, cheeses, meats, cereals, fruit and tea and coffee. A great start to our day.

The room is outdated but that is the style of the hotel. The bed is not that good.

The hotel in the centre of the town. Very clean room. If you pay extra, you can park the car on a parking of the hotel.
