I was happy with everything, to really niggle the towel could have been a little larger.

I stayed here just for one night at the end of my solo motorcycle trip to Italy, initially booked as it was in the right place for an overnight stop. Check in went very smoothly, and I was in my room, which was on the 3rd floor of the adjacent block, in a couple of minutes. The room was clean and comfy with the "bathroom" being a glass cubicle in one corner of the room, a good shower with plenty of hot water, the bathroom was also clean. The bed was comfy, due to the weather at the time, I slept on top of the covers so can't comment on the warmth (or otherwise) of the duvet. I ate at the hotel in the evening, the food was very good, if a little pricey, but service was timely and attentive. Breakfast the next morning was in a different room, and was a typical buffet style, again very well presented and with a good choice.

Very beautiful location, with green hills and hiking paths in the neighborhood (no car needed). The host is very friendly and gave us nice tips to visit places and cities around. Comfortable room! And a very good breakfast! Parking is very easy too.

- perfect location close by the motorway on our journey toward south Europe - modern and well-furbished room - nice and roomy shower in the bathroom - restaurant had quite some veg options - dog was allowed in the breakfast room as well

We stayed for one night, chose this place as a sleepover during a long roadtrip. It was clean and well cared for. Parking was good, on premises. We enjoyed our breakfast in the beautiful garden with our dog beside the table. The rooms are very good standard, quiet, and I have nothing to complain about.

We stayed here on our visit to Heidelberg. It is around 15 to 20 mins from Heidelberg. I asked for a room facing the garden and it was very quiet and you could see the nice garden and enjoy the trees and if you want you could have a nice walk around the area. The beds were comfortable and the size of the bedroom was good. Everything was clean. The breakfast was very good with a lot to choose.

Clean room excellent beds. Just 5 minutes of the highway. Unexpectedly close to woodland area reachable from the hotel premises. We had a nice walk before getting back in the car.

There was a surprising amount of dust under the beds, suggesting there hadn't been any cleaning there for a longer time. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special, we were slightly disappointed having read some enthousiastic ratings. Refilling empty plates at the breakfast buffet didn't happen frequently enough, if at all.

The room was large enough for 4 people and the bathroom was relatively modern. The environment was very attractive at least to one side (forest on a hill with nice views), the other side is a main connection street. Our room was looking to the nice side, which we enjoyed, and there was no noise from the street. The price value ratio was good, especially considering that there is a good street connection to Heidelberg.

Only thing that made it 4 star not 5 star was the Internet/WiFi in the new wing was terrible - everywhere else in the Hotel it worked like a dream, but not in the new wing.

Great little out of the way Hotel in the woods outside of Schrieshiem. Great breakfasts with a very wide choice of items, very helpful staff, beautifully clean, and the 'new' wing can't have been open very long - so all the fixtures and fixtures and sparkling and new. Beds were comfy and the room quiet and warm.

The hotel had a friendly,pleasurable environment, surrounded by nature with a lovely terrace and an amazing garden. The food was extremely nice and the staff very helpful & kind. The bedroom was spacious with all I need it and very clean. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!!!
