mattress and pillows were soft, it could be improved. Also would be nice to have a Menu in each room, so that guests can see what are the prices and what kitchen is offering.

I have liked the interior of restaurant and, quite ambient in terrace and in town. Nice place to have some rest and quiet. Only thing that breaks peace is the gongs of near by church. Breakfast was great, standard german quality. Free and available parking, drinks in big glasses, very nice.

Stopped here on our way to Austria. Close to highway, very quiet, basic but very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Had a good night rest after a long drive. Excellent breakfast with local specialties and good local dinner. Nice and cozy‘Stuben’ to close the day. Definitely would stop there again.

The pillows are old-fashioned, which means too big and too soft.

The rooms have minimalistic interior that is good for parents having toddlers. There's arrival till 11 PM with the staff in place, which means no self-settlement or other pseudo-improvements.

Breakfast was delivered at our table. Although a lot of variety, it was a bit minimal for us. I prefer to pick the things i like, instead of having a full table of which 70% will not be used.

Nice room in a very nice building. For dinner we could choose from only 3 options, but the taste was very good.

When we arrived at the hotel the owner couldn't find a booking for us. She asked if we had cancelled. We got a room but only because the hotel wasn't full. Food available at breakfast was fine but there was no organisation. The hotel owners served the breakfast and at times it was chaotic. They seem to be rushing around all the time. Tables were laid out but it was ad hoc as to when you got some of the breakfast items. On one morning quests were queuing at the door to wait for a table. Surely you would know the number of guests you have as to how many settings you would need. The hotel had a restaurant so there were plenty of tables that could have been used to accommodate guests and have a less manic breakfast. It wasn't a good start to the day. We also noticed that when food was sparse on one table it was moved from another. One morning, before we had started eating we noticed that there was jam on the butter knife. We didn't think it appropriate that breakfast was served by the owners in Lycra running shorts. Whilst the hotel was clean and restful, the food at breakfast was good but the organisation and delivery of the breakfast unfortunately let it down.

The hotel was in a quiet village so it was quite restful. There are church bells but that is part of experiencing another country. The bedroom was spacious and very clean. There was plenty to eat at breakfast. There is plenty of off street parking, this is good because the hotel is in a small residential area.

There was a difficulty with electricity blackout in our room. When it happened for second time, our host just said that he will invite a technician for check and did not restart it anymore. Using a lavatory/toilet without light was a quite a little adventure :-)

- Etting is a nice little place with historical center - pleasant restaurant in the hotel, nice food and beer - nice and comfortable room - parking right next to the building - there is a large nice church in the close neighbourhood - and there are bells ringing a lot, day and night. One can like or dislike it :-)

The hotel is beside a church and the church bell rang every 15 minutes all day and all night. We did not sleep well and were all so tired the next day to continue our road trip. The hotel did not have toiletries available, other than a handwash.
