Tasty breakfast, very nice personel, clean and tidy room. Great location, close to the sea. Highly recommended for summer vacation :)

We payed extra 13 euro per person city tour ticket which they didnt told us about it first day, if you go by car its compeletly useless. Also room doesnt have air conditioning at all! In summer you need at least a fan in the room. Also room doesnt have any facility like kettle or tea, coffee, etc.

The location and cleanness was great, you can go to the beach in 3 minutes which is great in the sellin area

Everything was perfect. Very friendly members of the staff - we were even escorted to our room and given some useful hints. The room was cosy and very clean. We enjoyed breakfasts - tasty food and attentive service. And last but not least, the location - views at the sea are exquisite and the hotel is a few steps away from the beach and the centre of Sellin.

Parking far away in the woods, booked room with sea view was not. Instead, a room with small bay windows, a fixed mosquito net and a view of the opposite hotel. The reality was different from the booking.com documents.

The architecture is a bit strange. Why is there no patio facing the seaside? There would be enough space. The veranda is in the shade between buildings without a view which makes it quite chilly in the mornings and late evenings. The rooms' design is a little generic. Parking is impractical. The lot is up a steep hill. However a reduced number of spots (presumably for higher priced rooms) are right in front of the spa which makes it awkward.

The breakfast was delightful - especially the cheerful staff. Amazing massage. Front desk staff friendly and informative. The location is not necessarily quiet. In the middle of a busy seaside town. However great to have restaurants in walking distance. It really depends on what you‘re looking for. Not quite the romantic hideaway. Close to the beach though if you‘re good on foot (a short steep hike).

We paid 200€ /night for a small room, in the back. The floow is made of vynil tiles and they just vacuum, not so much wash. And they didn‘t even allow us to park in the hotel yard, even if they were free places, because we are not „top payers“. We had to park in a forest 5 minutes away, and it was fine, just that in those nights there were massive storms, and trees were falling also in that parking. Breakfast is terrible, I don‘t even know how much was that, but glad it is over. The glasses of boxed orange juice and water are 50ml. The boxes orange juice is terrible, the coffee is Gas Station Quality. Rūgen island is amazing, but not in this hotel. They have massive kitschy prints on full pillow blanket restaurant feels not very clean. We were invited aggressively to sit in a room with every table booked, when it was another room perfectly empty. At breakfast there is no regulation in place for Corona. Found that a bit odd. In the same time also they were cleaning with a cloth the table and the fabric on the table, then arraying the sileverware directly on the table fabric. Found that a bit unhygienic. No drinking water in the room, just one 200ml bottle in the first night. And asking for water was an adventure every time. It took me a while to make them understand I am willing to pay extra just to provide some bottles. And in the end, when giving a feedback, we were told: this is Germany, and this is how it is here :))

Location. Is nice, but the cheap 200€ rooms are not worth it. And cancellation fees are 80% :( So better go and see the place do not book.
