How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel has a sauna but unfortunately its not working now. I didn`t knew it before. Don`t know if there is any information about it ?
Clean rooms, not big but comfortable. Perfect for a short stay - I was staying since monday till friday and I survived without any problems :-). The hotel is clean and the breakfast is decent. Good location.

If you put a paper on the glass door with a message and close that entrance door and people can't reach the reception, at least put a text in english on it too...

the problem for personally was the fact one could hear what happened in the hallways and when people would come in the middle of the night sounding drunk it disturbed our sleep. The door handle for the bathroom wasn't working efficiently enough but we made do.
I definitely liked the location it wasn't too far and it wasn't too close to the hustle and bustle.. when the windows were closed you could barely hear anything from outside on the streets

If you’re sensitive to noise, you may dislike staying so close to a tram station.
Good localization – the hotel is in front of a tram stop and you can walk ~13 min to the S-Bahn. Good connection to the center and the Hauptbahnhof. The room was bigger than I expected and very clean. Staff is very friendly and comes every morning to ask if you need fresh towels.

The room was clean but there was spider web in sone areas but overall a good experience.
The hotel's location was perfect for public transport users. The room was decent with good amenities and ambience. The staff were friendly enough. Perfect for one night stay and value for money

Shower enclosure was tiny. Little tricky to manouvre the bi-fold shower doors, but manageable, but could prove difficult for larger or elderly people. No english TV channels.
Comfortable, clean, good views. Bed was nice and comfortable. Shower great. Easy to get an Uber to and from location. Good pubs and places to go for a drink/eat nearby.

The rooms do not have air conditioning, which is stated in the information, but the line for the tram hits a particularly noisy rail just outside the hotel. When you are compelled to have your window open due to the heat, this disrupts your sleep regularly throughout the night. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
The hotel is in an excellent position, with the tram stop directly outside providing easy access to the city centre and the train station. There are also shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast is pleasant and served for a good period of time in the morning (7am-10am). The staff are friendly and welcoming. Good value for money.

The air-conditioner was malfunctioning and the pillows were not suitable for sleeping.
Our flight was delayed too late at night, but we could message the hotel and they had no problem with our late check in. That was a real pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, room & bathroom was clean. The price included even breakfast and the spread for the continental style breakfast was indeed appropriate. Very close to the airport ( we had to take a taxi as we very late, but it took not long. The tram /bus station is just behind the hotel, making visiting the town very comfortable during the stay.
