The room we stayed in was dated - basic shower that leaked. The bed was so uncomfortable. When we asked to change - first time was eh no, ask tomorrow. Asked the next day and were shown a room worse than the one we were in. When I advised the soap had run out in the room, I returned to be given a new bottle to change myself. We have stayed in this hotel a few times and enjoyed our experience. Sadly it’s changed hands and I feel staff don’t care

Due to the amount of people checking in simultaneously, the process took a little longer than anticipated. Limited parking availability, Alternative parking in the streets (safe). The rooms are run down over the years with lime-scale clogging the shower heads and small traces of black fungi in the shower and the ceiling windows

The lady who was at the front desk was unfriendly and unwelcoming. My special request was a room with a bathtab because I read that they have some rooms with tab but nobody replied to my email what I sent them and when I told tjem my request in the reception the lady was not helpfull at all.

The location is a little far from Koln city center, you must drive or take a metro train from there which station is about 10/15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Easy Location for getting into Cologne. Parking available and low cost at 4euro per night. Rooms clean and comfortable Small but perfectly nice breakfast and lovely helpful staff. 24/7 bar was.a bonus.

Had to pay for parking on top of hotel booking. However car park was full and had difficulty in parking around the area.

We wanted to change the towels, the cups and the glasses, but they did it a bit late. It wasn't always easy to stop the water from falling off the bath when showering. We had to wash ourselves with the water facing the wall to avoid small floods. If we wanted to drink coffee, we had to boil water with an open cap to avoid having coffee getting out of the machine alone.

The hotel was clean, tided up, nicely decorated. The elevator worked. The breakfast was really good, nicely put and the staff was really friendly and patient. Always ready to help you! Our room was clean, comfortable, cosy. There was a coffe machine, sugar, coffee and tea. It was easy to go to the city center by transport.

The room we stayed in was a little old, but it was adequate for the price we paid.

The location was good for our purposes. It was quiet, but close to publice transportation. We were in the city within 30 to 40 Minutes depending on when one was able to catch the tram. The personell was great, very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was very clean.
