Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI stayed when the weather was at its hottest period and no fan or fresh cold water in the room, Only sparkling. However the kitchen staff was excellent and offered to fill my water bottle for me in the mornings.
it was located in a nice quite area, only 10 mins walk from the train station.. Staff very helpful, and break team where fabulous as soon as you enter offered a fresh mug of coffee..

Irelandold fashioned dirty not cleaned no facilities there when we arrived? when I booked online there was an outside sitting area a bar this was not the case nothing there it’s more of a B&B than hotel rooms are tiny and stuffy no air conditioning in 30 degrees heat… it was very very basic not at all what was advertised breakfast was good and staff were lovely but won’t be returning! 🙁 Asked for refund after 1st night as couldn’t sleep and wanted to check in someplace else was refused this is a very very basic B&B was with my family and very disappointed

TurkeyWifi is very bad. In the web site it is written there is a wifi. I also asked when i was doing check in and they said yes, there is wifi. But how? It exist 2 mins and not exist 3 mins. I had a long online meeting and it has destroyed. Thanks to Novum Hotel! If you want to spend money for hotel + for mobil internet package, it is very good adress! Do not be hestitate to book!

Were told we could change the room the next day (which was the day we were leaving...). I carried on insisting, and we finally got another room. Here the heating worked, but couldn't be regulated. Even though the heater was on 0, it churned out heat...

TurkeyFor the breakfast it's definitely not what you see in the pictures. You have boiled egg which I assumed boiled days ago and kept it in the fridge. They were fridge cold for 5 days. Musli, pre-packed sandwiches for each guest ( they have like 6 different kind ), wasa crackers, yogurt, fresh coffee ( which was pretty good ) , packed fruit juice. But the most disturbing thing was the sitting area. There were only 2 table for the whole hotel with total of 6 chairs. So if you are lucky you can sit on the common area or you have to take the breakfast you your room which you have only one chair. They have a breakfast area downstairs with tables set with forks and plates and everything but they didn't open it for the breakfast I don't know why. So good luck with your breakfast arrangement. The other thing is that although they have 2 staff at the breakfast area they only serve the sandwiches. for 3 days we cleaned the table by ourselves. Ohh and the other thing is the common areas were not cleaned daily actually not even for 4 days. We stayed for 4 nights and the dead bug you see in the picture stayed with us on the stairway to first floor for 4 nights along with some autumn leaves. One other thing was only time the staff said good morning was the time to warn us about the mask.
Bathroom was clean. The room is cleaned daily. There were complimentary tea at the room. Windows were big and the shade curtains were making the room dark enough at night.

There was no air-conditioning and it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night, opened the window to have some air but due to the first-floor location it was very noisy from the people outside, loud talks from other hotel people and also we had some insects flying in (so they didn't even have a net on the windows) 2. The safe was not working, I told the person at the registry, he said he'd fix it but they never did. 3. Phone was there but not working (wanted to know the breakfast hours) 4. No information about breakfast hours. Would be nice to have one small brochure with some info, instead, they had small pieces of instructions on every place (safe, phone, bathroom, separate wifi instructions) Breakfast 1. On the first morning of our two-day stay there was a strong smell of sewage in the kitchen and they said there was an accident in their pipes. We had ok-ish breakfast (coffee, juice, bread with cheese, sausages, and smoked meats 2. Second-day breakfast they completely closed the kitchen and served only coffee, bought cookies and waffles, not even a slice of bread. 3. Stuff in the kitchen didn't know English, asked for knife, spoon, but they didn't know what they are.
The staff was friendly and polite. Didn't charge us for parking (2eur * 2) due to a very bad experience with breakfast (see cons)
