Very noisy at night. People making noise at 3.30 in the morning. Banging doors, people stamping at 4 a. m. , loud banging of things, people taking showers between 3 and 4 am. You could hear almost everything from other rooms - people talking... You can hardly sleep. Very old furniture in the rooms - it looked like from the 1970s. I have met 3 different receptionists are native Russian speakers, and so are the cleaning ladies - Russian natives. There is an extremely small, tiny window - very tiny - hidden in a corner behind a wall! Next to and/or in front on of the hotel, there are groups of men aged between 25-40 on the pavement, standing there, doing nothing, smoking, they looked like people from Turkey/Iran/Iraq/ once they looked like Russians or people from Dagestan. Just next to the hotel, there is a restaurant serving Russian dishes: Siberean specialties, borscht etc. The area does not appear to be safe to me. I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody.

From the pictures it looks realy nice, I got room in th 4th floor: All furniters were old, my bet was making noises every time after I move. Olso there was some wierd smell in the room. No AC. I visited this place on summer, so there was very hard to fell a sleep. There is elevator, but he was not working, so not very good place for people who needs wheelchair. My friends were stayng in hotel 10minutes away and it was olso 3 star hotel. It was cheaper than this and had all had everything whats needed for 3 star hotel.

The room was not great. Its small. The worth should have been 40 euro. The breakfast was not satisfactory. The bathroom is disappointing. The shower had some problems with hot water. Sometimes it releases very hot otherwise it doesn't even release any warm water. The floor wasn't clean enough.

The location was good. The station is pretty close from where you can go everywhere. There some good restaurants nearby. The breakfast is average for me but my wife didn't like the taste much. Breakfast items weren't kept organized.

Despite a no smoking policy there was one room on our corridor where the guests smoked. No smoke alarms to deter people from breaking this rule.

The location was excellent, in easy reach of ICC Messe, Kurfuerstendamm and many other interesting places.

elevator isn’t working. it was too hard to climb up stairs to 5th floor. bathroom door getting locked inside itself. bed is uncomfortable and no soundproof walls can hear all sounds from outside. no peace environment guests are fighting with the receptionist.

The room smelled like pee and it was dirty. The blankets were old and dirty and the pillows were terrible. The toilet was huge but very old. When I was there the elevator got broken and they did not fix it. In a nutshell, I felt that the room was extremely overpriced. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Internet didn't work on upper floors. Also it would be good to have "No cleaning" sign in the room that you can hang on the door.

The old wooden stairway in the corridor, its nice smell which put me to a feeling like being in my grandpa old house in my childhood. The old but quality and reliable non-electronic lift. The model of old Ferrari boat in the breakfast dining hall. The nice lady at the reception, which does not play a modern role of a stunner, but she is very polite, kind and supports guests with natural mother‘s solicitude…

The room had bedbugs which bites me and couldn't sleep, it caused me itchy and rashy skin and I am still having problems with my skin. The worst experience ever. The sheets had blood spots in blue color. The manager hasn't taken the responsibility yet even to answer and refund the night stays there.

it’s located in Charlottenburg near the train station (I guess 400m) therefore you’re everywhere like super quick. the staff is friendly. the rooms are super clean. we get fresh towels every day. for this price it’s splendid

Breakfast could be more varied. It was the minimum you can expect. Room very cold. Turned the heather at the most and still very cold. Wifi, what can I say, the worse service. Normally I had to go to the reception (ground floor) to use my laptop, and or mobile phone. I complained several times, but they couldn't do anything. In general, I won't recommend this hotel to my close friends. Sorry about this.

The heating also didn't work and we were traveling with an infant, so that was frustrating. They are also reconstructing the building so there was load drilling very early in the morning, basically all day. We were out and about most of the time, so it was OK. So be aware of 1 incompetent staff member (others were very nice), construction (probably for several months), and non functioning heating.

Very nice apartment in a good neighborhood. Great value for the money. Breakfast included was a nice perk. The staff was friendly, except for the person who helped us check in. He was completely clueless and so for the first 24 hours we did not have internet access because he kept on giving us the wrong information (the apartment is located in a different building than the main hotel).
