You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOur family of 5 (kids 11, 16 & 18) stayed in two Deluxe Double Rooms in mid-December for a one-night stay. The hotel was terrific with communication and happily provided the rooms close together at our request. The car parking right next to the hotel was very convenient. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious, with cheery bright colours, and comfortable beds. After checking in, we enjoyed the short walk to the Christmas Markets in the Market Square, and the beautiful half-timbered buildings that surround it. We came back the next morning to view it in daylight - just as gorgeous. The mini-bar set up at reception was a convenient way to enjoy a quiet beverage. The breakfast was delightful and the serving staff were very attentive. Thank you fo such a pleasant stay.

GermanyOur room on the ground floor faced the street so we had some noise from pedestrians. The kitchen did not have any big mugs, a kettle, toaster etc. Some details such as broken baseboards.
We had a suite which was spacious and included a small kitchen area which was perfect to prepare small meals. We enjoyed the nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Proximity to the center. Lovely decor. Free parking available on the street, just around the corner.

GermanyI was woken up twice in the middle of the night at 2am and 4am. The first time was due to the loud noise from the toilet heating. Didn’t know what happened to it. When I turned off the heating, the noise disappeared. The second time was also due to similar noise, but from another heating…. I saw a long hair in the bed, and stains on the quilt cover. I asked for new one. The hotel needs to fix the heatings and pay more attention to the cleanliness.
The staffs there are very friendly and helpful. The room is very big. The facilities in the room are ok.

GermanyWhere to start? The first room we were allocated had a broken shower cubicle - one of the sliding doors was hanging off; how do you not notice that if you do a quality control check? The replacement was "identical" but not as nicely furnished and the (light coloured) sofa was distressingly grubby. The "kitchenette" was nicely fitted but was useless for actually cooking as the were no utensils and no saucepans - only one disgustingly dirty & old looking frying pan. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods to use in it. And of course, reception is unmanned for a lot of the time. It's all very well saying that someone is available to be called 24hrs/day but, honestly, that's of little help if you're only staying one night and it's more trouble than it's worth to switch rooms late at night after you've unpacked. Oh, yes, and I was invited to "check in online" through a system called Mews, confirm presonal details and provide a card number for incidental costs so as to "save time" at the hotel. Yet the recptionist had no clue about this, asked all the same questions and kept asking for card details, with the result that check in took twice as long as it would have done without the online stuff. Really, get it together and train your staff properly. In all, very disappointing. I regret I cannot recommend.
Trying to be positive (which is diffficult) - it was a good base to explore the centre of Hildesheim; and the bed was quite comfortable.
