The shower was so small you couldn't use it without flooding the bathroom, unfortunately. There was a thick layer of dust behind the TV (which we only noticed because of the adjustable wall mount) and the curtains had a few mysterious stains, but overall cleanliness was acceptable. Hotel is very close to the main station, which can feel unsafe after dark like every other main station in a big city.

The staff was friendly and helpful, there was daily house keeping, the room was spacious and comfortable. My partner particularly enjoyed the coffee machine (Nespresso, with pods available every day). The water pressure in the shower was fantastic (second floor).

The shower was great, but it was spraying lots of water underneath and wetting the whole bathroom floor. The second thing could be the location of the hotel. It's so convenient however the parallel streets can be too much.

The service and the hotel were very good. It was easy to find the hotel and the rooms have everything that you need. There are complimentary beverages in the lobby which was unexpected, we loved it. The rooms are clean and convenient.

The room is very nice, but the windows don't open fully, as there are no rails. Because of that, there was not enough fresh air, but the conditioning works perfectly!

Our room was on the first floor, the restaurant floor. There was a very bad smell of food. We booked it because it was close to the central station, we were going to stay only for 1 night. but it is definitely necessary to stay away from the central station. It is a 5 minute walk between the hotel and central station, but if you return at night and leave early in the morning, I am sure you will not like the profile of people. Everyone is on drugs. The hotel was very nice but I would never stay on that side again. It was scary!

Even though we arrived before check-in time, they delivered the room as ready, they didn't have to do it, I think it was a great courtesy. The room was spotlessly clean and our room had a terrace. There was a coffee machine, pod coffee, water. in addition, you can get different drinks from the lobby area for free.

The shower could have been a little warmer. The hotel is on a main road and Saturday night was a bit noisy.

Very pleasant modern hotel a short walk from the main railway station. Helpful staff. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Particularly appreciated the kettle and the coffee machine. Some nice restaurants in Hansa Platz just over the road.

The hotel street itself is good, but right across the street the area closer to Hbf is very busy and a bit dodgy especially at night.

We stayed in a medium-sized room, modern and clean. Double pane windows kept the street noise out and the bed was very comfortable. Free water and drinks were nice. Seems expensive though, as breakfast wasn't included.

Room seemed a little bit small. Bathroom door was ~30 cm from the bed, but it was not a big inconvenience. Blanket could have been larger. Breakfast started only at 8 o'clock. As we had meetings planned at 9 o'clock, we had to hurry to finish breakfast

The staff was kind and responsive. There was mini fridge, electric kettle and coffe machine in the room. Bed was comfortable. There was wide selection of various foods for breakfast. There were enough options also for vegans and vegetarians.

To be honest, I thought the room would be really modern after looking at the photos online but the place was quite modest and really cold even with radiator at max. I guess the heating system is quite old. Also, I wish slippers were provided.
