Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyThe price for the breakfast was too high, as it costs 22€ for each person. Only 5 minutes by foot aways there was a good bakery shop where you could get some breakfast for less then 10€.
Very good rooms with a wonderful view. We missed more pillows in the bed, the mini bar was for free which was great. Across the street were several restaurants and bars, where you could get some good dinner or just a drink.

They have charged 2 times from my credit card for staying one night with 4 guest. The movement in checked in in the afternoon they charged 1065 EUR for 4 guest and in the mid night again they charged 1065 EURO for 4 guest. So I paid 2130 EURO for 4 guest for staying 1 night.

GermanyThere was a large group in the hotel. The bar was completely coll and it was very noisy. The group blocked the bar in the evening and stood around in the way. It's nice that there is something like this, but the other guests couldn't really relax in the bar at the end of the evening. A pity.

United Kingdomroom was uncomfortably cold for me to sleep for the first two nights. it appeared due to the current energy crisis, they have reduced the max temperature limit which can be just adjusted from the reception for each room and the smart digital thermostat in room has no control on it. this problem solved just on my last night of stay

SpainThe reception was very slow when we checked in. Secondly, we had an issue with our partner at the reception. When he arrived he was asking about the possibility to cancel the last night and get a refund as he was leaving earlier one day. The person at reception (15-16 November around 12 am (night shift) was extremely rude answering this question. (Like NO!!!) When our partner said that will give a low rate to the hotel she answered that she will not accommodate him. And she just left him alone! How is that even possible to answer in this way to the client at the reception at the night?!!! The room was booked 1 month in advance! It might be a joke for the 4 start hotel of your level. Plus your hotel does not have proper iron. I was almost insisting to provide one for myself. On the second day, I got it but it was broken. How is it possible that the hotel for business trips does not have proper service? I was even asked to bring all the clothes to reception and pay for ironing. I rate 4 only for the restaurant staff and conference room preparation. I have booked rooms for 11 people almost for one week in your hotel, you better work with your staff to be more client-oriented.
In general, the hotel is good, the breakfast is great and the personnel in the restaurant are very helpful.

Portugalthey lack Human Resources. waited 20min in the restaurant for the menu, no one came in. when I complaint at the bar they just didn’t do anything. in the morning, most of the breakfast tables were not cleaned, so no space for new guests. the line to checkout was dramatic.

SpainBorrowed an iron which fused the electrics in the room, technician took ages to come and fix it. Not enough coffee in room, only 2 small pods per day, 2 euro each additional pod. No English Breakfast tea. No milk or whitener provided, told it would be 6.50 euros for small jug. Then told at Reception we should not pay anything for these extras, they're all included. Very noisy Friday night as Chilli Club has loud music, even with windows closed.
Location good, cleanliness good, nice to have bathtub.
