There is no reception room. No chairs for you to sit in in the lobby. If you’re waiting for someone or waiting to check in and especially if you have a handicap.. there should be benches outside of the hotel to sit for any kind of convenience or just to get some air. The smell of weed permeated the elevator and some hallways. The towel policy is horrible. You have to lug your dirty towels down to the front desk to exchange and get clean towels what an inconvenience. And you say that you have breakfast included you can’t even be comfortable to enjoy a cup of coffee. The course was very reasonable, but I don’t know that I would stay there again or recommend it to someone. I’ve stayed in some of your other sister hotels, which were so much nicer.

It was very close to the event venue I attended for a wedding.

Some wear and tear in the room with old stains on curtains. Ceiling in bathroom had mold and needed scraping. Sink had a couple tiny pieces of hair in it and in corner of counter at the wall. Fridge had stains and rust all down the side of door and panel. The Police were there when I needed to check out. They were walking out a woman talking about arresting the man she was connected to. No one available at the desk to check out so I left my room card on desk.

Not a bad area for the part of state it’s in.

Despite having a kitchen, the room contains no plates or other useful items. Further, the staff seem rather oblivious, and not very helpful.

The hotel is very economical. It is also quiet and reasonably well-kept.

My room did not have an iron and an ironing board, and when I asked for one the staff on duty the morning of my check out told me that she could not find one. I was very upset and told them that I needed to speak to the manager, to which they replied that there was none. If I do not get a percentage of my bill refunded, I will dispute the whole balance with my bank . I had to go to my meeting with rumpled clothes.

Found strains of hair on pillow case and other places. No carpet and floor felt sticky. When I went to the help desk no one was ever there. Bed was uncomfortable. Hallway smelled like smoke and weed. Horrible smell in hallway and elevator. Conventional breakfast was just oatmeal packs and muffins with coffee. More variety (bagels, cereal, donuts) would have been great.

I liked the kitchen and fridge. Bathroom was clean.

Booking.com cost us $35 extra per night plus 15% taxes for a total of $90 more. supposed to have kitchenware and didn’t even have a coffee cup. No toaster either. Couldn’t get any deduction from facility because we booked thru third party at Booking.com. Won’t use Booking.com again. Better to book direct. A learning experience!

They need to fix the potholes in the area where u enter and didn't realize the airplanes flying above ,is annoying sometimes and catch you off guard sometimes

The room fan in bathroom noisey vibrated the room ,no dish rag in the room to clean my dishes , also no boxed tissue ,just toilet tissue , no bathsoap ,just a lil.shampoo bottle , also the place needs to do something about all the abandoned cars in the lots , take away the presence of the place ..and the entrance has two pot holes 🕳 that need to be filled ,hit my tire rim coming in

Kitchen had no glasses, cups, utensils or cooking implements, and do to hotel being understaffed, it took a very long time to get utensils, glasses and cups. No easy access to hotel if traveling on opposite side of the street. Room could use a facelift.

They allow dogs and they have grass areas for dog to do its business.
