Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyExpensive for what it is, we had twin beds and they were super narrow - smaller than a normal single bed. Old fashioned and not that well mantained decor. Felt like a cheap hotel but cost a lot, wouldnt recommend it but then there are really not many alternatives in Speyer - I think that's the only reason they can charge as much as they do

Parking in the hotel We had the familly rooms and they were big with 2 bathrooms. Close to the city center (6-7mn by foot to the church and main street) and to the Technik Museum (10mn by foot). The kids liked the little playground near the reception.

AustraliaThe hotel is starting to look a little tired and dated ,and the rooms are only slightly better than the cheaper ibis budget hotels .the hallway carpet was of cobblestone design and just didn't work. The night we spent there ,the computer system was down so the staff couldn't code the room key ,which meant they had to let us into our room every time we came back.also in the morning we couldn't pay with credit card or paywave as the system was still down which meant either a 30, minute each way walk to a ATM to withdraw cash or they would email the invoice . We chose emailed invoice Which turned into a pain doing an international back transfer to pay for the room .
Close to the town centre and market place . Easy to find and get to as it's just of the motorway. Large carpark around the back , staff were friendly enough but also seemed slightly stressed. Very close to the transportation museum and amusement park.
