It can noisy in the evening if your room is across from the bar/ restaurant Cares.

Comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. Our room was in the new building next door. There is plenty of free parking and you’re a short walk from restaurants and bars. We’d stay there again.

Location great, excellent value for money, good size of room and spotlessly clean. Staff lovely and lots to eat for breakfast.

The top-floor room was a bit lacking in windows, and I had to duck my head a bit near the dormer. That is really not so bad. Otherwise I have zero complaints.

The staff was amazing. They helped me pick a lovely hike, refilled my water bottles, helped me find good food, told me about public transportation options and more.

There is nothing I didn't like!

The lady at reception was very helpful and friendly. We originally thought we'd booked a double room but she gave us an apartment which was fantastic as we had a living room and kitchenette as well as a bedroom. Everything in the apartment was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I was on a group holiday walking in the Picos de Europa so the location was perfect for us. The village of Arenas de Cabrales was lovely - lots of bars and restaurants and very easy to get to from Santander airport. They were happy to let us leave our luggage when we went out on an all day walk on our last day. Great customer service.

My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything. This might not be a problem for everyone, but our neighbour snored through the night like a champion. This can be remedied by earplugs though.

Very good location, close to the center, supermarkets and bus stops. The hotel has its own parking but there are some large free parking lots almost next to it too. The staff is super friendly, the room clean and cosy. Although our room was facing the busy street, there was hardly any noise from outside with the windows closed.

Minor point - Breakfast was good for €8 p/p. But as a vegetarian, some eggs or cheese would be nice, rather than ham.

Great location, super clean with very comfy beds and a mountain view. Friendly staff. Parking easy across the road. Fantastic base for spectacular walks. Shame we only stayed one night. Restaurant Casa Xurde was recommended by staff, just a short walk away, where the food, wine and ambiance were amazing.

It's only a minor point but we would suggest that the breakfast could be made a bit more varied. For example to serve cheese instead of ham on some days. Also to have different pasties on some days.

Comfortable and clean hotel in a great central location in Arenas for all the local facilities, restaurants and bus stops. Very helpful staff. It is also a good place to explore this part of the Picos de Europas. The Ruta de Cares walk is a must as are the various walks from Sotres.

Not a lot of English spoken, but we should be learning Spanish anyway! A little noisy because it is right on the street, but not overly so.

Lovely modern hotel right in the centre of town. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They responded well to emails and adjusted our stay for us quickly and easily. Lovely views from the second floor windows.

Every thing is first class, room very clean could not fault it. Under ground secure parking was great for our motor bikes, there is lift from the garage which was great. Will defo be back . Thank you
