The room was amazing - spacious and beautiful. It was clean and neat. The lady who made the breakfast was very friendly, polite and welcoming with a big smile. Let alone she made wonderful breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay - quiet, friendly and cozy place!

At the last days of Octoberfest I had to reserve on line, urgently. So I did not realise the last room that they had, that I picked in a hurry, was a basement room. When I realised this, I asked for a change of rooms. The staff-Monica- at the reception was very helpful and arranged for the one room upstairs available by chance, and the next two days they again gave me another room at the 2nd floor. I think it is not clear enough on the web page , that this room is in the basement- though it was clean and renewed and no smell etc, with a 30-40 cm high window that could open on top- In fact I think that they should not even rent that room.

The hotel is very convivial. It does not have many rooms, 3 storey villa, so feels like you are visiting a friend. Rooms are clean and ergonomic. quite small, good for night stay but would be small to stay longer than few hours during the day. Bathrooms are new clean, large enough. The lobby/breakfast area and the garden at the back are nicely decorated and welcoming. Breakfast is very good value for money. Tasty and sufficient, nice croissants and etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no special parking belonging to the hotel but there is lots of parking in the street which seems like a safe area. I have parked right in front of the hotel twice. So not a problem really. The location is 25 min by public transport and about 15 min by car to the city center. Not a busy area so not very noisy. Can hear the cars when you open the windows,-no air conditioning- while it is on a main road in proximity of woods and a forest. Clean air and bird songs. Overall very pleased, comfy,clean and good value for money.

Included breakfast would be fantastic as you need to go away from hotel to access Markets. Only one close to.

House keeping, environment (worth wondering around the nicely gardened houses) rooms and Petra. Decoration. Accessability. Initial access was harder. Route vie New perlach + bus 55 is the easiest. Worth mentioning in hotel info.

I did not find an air conditioning system in my room. Fortunately, the weather was not so hot during my visit.

My room was impeccably cleaned. The staff members were readily available to assist and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. A bus station on public transport is very close to the hotel.

The pillow was too soft for me. A firmer pillow would be better. There was some noise from the traffic in front of the hotel as the windows are not sound proof. However, the noise was reduced from 23:00h until 6:00h.

The room size was good for a single traveler. The room was comfortable and clean. Good furniture and appliances.

the only thing that would make it even more perfect would be a very good expression / cappuccino machine available to clients on the downstairs area ( on a trust based that they declare at checkout how many coffees they made for example ).

the room had a good size even if it was for one person, it had a couch in seizing to the bed and a water boiler. I felt like home. I also appreciated the French style window from floor to ceiling. have a lot of natural light.

Very cosy villa, very clean and the staff was very nice! It felt similar to being in the Alps. All necessary amenities were available, such as shower gel in the bathroom or a coffee machine and a water cooker in the room. Good location, bus stop in front, quick bus ride to Neuperlach Zentrum where you can catch the U5. Booked it during Oktoberbest so it was a rare find :) would stay here again for sure!

A little far from the city centre but the bus stop is right outside, so a bus and underground ride later and you are there in 40min or so.

Very comfortable and included a coffee machine. The room was cleaned every day and the daily clean towels were appreciated. Staff are very friendly and so helpful.

Wish we could have stayed for a few nights

Great and friendly reception. Good bicycle inside storage and close to bike trail. Lift is readily available to upper floors which is great after a really long bike ride . Room with garden view was really clean , very bright and good size . Bathroom was very clean, compact with good shower and toiletries. No dinner served currently but excellent Greek Restaurant , Terra Kreta within 3 minute walk . Breakfast was good with multiple cold and hot food choices plus the very pleasant lady who is originally from Portugal and speaks great English as well as German and is there in the hotel in the AM offered many other individually prepared items . Close to the Munich Center if that is your desire but out in a very pleasant suburb .
