You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

My single room came with a small balcony and an easy chair as well ss plenty of power connections. It was also extremely well lit. The breakfast was exceptional.

AustraliaThe pillows are bog for watching tv but suck for a nights rest… seriously get new pillows or you’ll start having people sue you for damaged necks!!! (My wife’s a physio and she said it was the worst.)
We are walking the Jakobsweg and the hotel is right on the official way… that said, the property is very central and has comfy beds and a good hot shower. Nearby there are a few restaurants and in the morning there’s a Bakery that’ll put a smile on everyone’s faces (Bakeries Kasprowicz is the name.)

I am a regular guest and enjoy this place a lot. Especially as a motorcylce-driver I feel very welcome. The renovation in 2021 of the hotel makes ist very pleasant.

GermanyThe pillows are not comfortable at all. I asked for a parking lot, which is stated on booking.com that they have, but they could not provide one. Lastly, the rooms don't have a boiler or an iron (you need to ask for 'quick access to those facilities).
The staffs were super helpful and friendly. The location is amazing if you have a car. Also, the breakfast was top-notch.

Great location in the center, yet quiet, parking 50 mtrs away only 8 EUR per day, very clean hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff, good & reasonable Covid measures, good wi-fi, big room, nice bathroom. 20 mtrs to Italian restaurant, but we ate an excellent dinner in Greek restaurant maybe 300 mtrs away.

GermanyThe floor boards were very creaky. No air conditioning would have been a problem if it had been warmer.
The room was very big and the bathroom too. I think we had a disabled room (216) as the toilet was higher than normal, a bit of a problem for my 158cm tall wife!
