I think the shower room is a bit small for me. I would also prefer if we can adjust the heater higher as at times it's not as warm as we prefer. I also hope that there is a nearer parking spot as well as it's quite cold to walk during cold weather. Other than that, I would 100% recommend this place! Hope to visit soon again :)

Lovely place to stay, the designs are very much to my liking. Staff is very friendly & extremely helpful. Requested some extra washer sheets & they are able to provide without any charges. We also needed some help with some food delivery/calling issues & they helped us without hesitation. Love the separate shower & toilet area. Very suitable for family of four.

we stayed for 6 nights and they only provide room service for 7 nights or more. seems ridiculous to go 6 days with no service at all to the rooms. the serviced apartments are not very well equipped. we have a few rooms and there are inconsistency’s to what they have provided ie. washing up soap etc. there are no tea towels. air conditioning is difficult to turn off

There are no warderobes in the room, the beds are actually just mattresses slightly raised over the floor. Use of the second bed is difficult for anyone higher than 100 cm. The small kitchenette is more or less symbolic, as there is no suitable table where several people could sit at (the room is for 4 persons!).

Location is relatively quiet and near public transportation (bus & U-Bahn station), good wi-fi. Staff is very friendly.

Swimming pool was clean and nice, kids and I liked. Environmental responsibility was ok, more recycling, please. It was ok that room was not cleaned everyday. That is a way to save nature (and costs).

only downside was (presumably) the previous person had broken a glass which had been cleaned up, but there was a tiny remaining piece of glass on the floor which cut my friends toe, there was also only one glass in the cabinet rather than two (as there was two for everything else).

Great place to stay, amazing facilities, staff were incredibly friendly, gym was very handy, downstairs bar, plus having your own kitchen is really handy.

Weren't very keen on the bed, it's uncomfortable for someone used to firm mattresses, so it's one think to keep in mind when considering staying here. The bed linen was a bit worn down and it had holes in it in some places. Sitting at the table was a bit uncomfortable as well, I kept wanting to lean back, but there was nothing to lean back on! The room is nicely designed at first glance, but it seems aesthetics was prioritised over comfort.

Excellent value for money, conveniently close to public transport station(underground, bus), close to Lidl, Aldi, dm, etc. Great base for visiting Munich's attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful and we particularly appreciated the luggage storage option before check-in.

The only reason I didn't give it full marks as I didn't feel 100% safe at night outside the hotel. It was dark and in a outskirts part of town (even though they're not too far out of the CBD). I would suggest more exterior lighting and wayward signage as I struggled to find the entry to the reception in the dark.

It didn't feel like a normal hotel or a hotel that tried to be "different" for the sake of it. It seemed like they genuinely cared about the experience of their guests. The interior and vibe of the place was calming. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room itself had everything you needed, was modern and clean.
