We had a nice stay at WunderLocke. The location of the hotel although a bit far from the city center was convenient, as the metro and bus stations were nearby. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The territory of the hotel was in a great condition, decorated with flowers and well maintained. The guests can use the sauna, the pool and the gym free of charge. The room seemed a bit small, but normal for 2 people. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils and cutlery. The fridge is huge, there's an electric kettle, an induction stove, a toaster and a microwave so you can cook, reheat and store anything you want to. There's also a washing machine and a dishwasher. There are instructions for everything in the TV menu. The staff is very helpful, friendly and responsive - we found an insect/bug in the room and when we contacted the staff they were very quick to remove the insect.

Everything was great. The room, the facilities, the staff and the price. Brilliant place. So handy having everything in the room we needed and such a great vibe with a cool rooftop bar.

It would be good to have had a brush / pan set for the room to be able to sweep the floor. Not getting a daily clean meant the room could become a little dusty and dirty.

The staff on check in were lovely. The room was perfectly clean and everything we needed was there. Loved the fact the coffee and tea brands in the room were genuinely good quality and not instant / cheap brands. After a few days of hiking around it was amazing to have a washing machine in the room to freshen everything up. Cooking facilities were great as well to make a nice easy meal. Bed was super comfy and the space was well utilised. Swimming pool was nice and the sauna was great to relax in at the end of the day

It's a nice hotel, it's just a little worn out in places and needs some maintenance and love. I guess it depends on the room you get. The first room I got was neat and in good shape. The second one had several stains on the walls. Most of the staff are nice but some were a little rude when I explained to them that I did not get the room that I had booked and paid for - eye rolls and sighs - not very customer centric... In the large rooms, and in the bathroom specifically, the shower is literally at the door. This means that every time you shower, you need to step in water to go in and out of the bathroom. I was told by the hosts that all big rooms are like that, so it's something to be aware of.

Wunderlocke is a pretty hotel, it's quiet, large and nicely designed. Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and utensils. The beds are comfortable and there are black out curtains and shutters. There is also a starred restaurant on the ground floor, called Farmhouse, with outstanding cuisine and friendly staff.

This time i shifted between 2 rooms and the first had a lagging TV screen mirror and the mattress was not comfy. However, they accommodate any concerns. This happened once in my 3 experience with them.

It wasn’t my first time staying at this hotel. The staff are lovely and the place is well equipped and air conditioned.

We liked everything about this accommodation. It was very clean, new, with everything you need. The location is quiet and very well connected, as there is metro station 5 minutes walk from the apartment, which takes you to Marienplatz in 10-15 minutes.

The use of space was clever and economical but it had everything. Very close to the train but a quiet neighbourhood.

I think the shower room is a bit small for me. I would also prefer if we can adjust the heater higher as at times it's not as warm as we prefer. I also hope that there is a nearer parking spot as well as it's quite cold to walk during cold weather. Other than that, I would 100% recommend this place! Hope to visit soon again :)

Lovely place to stay, the designs are very much to my liking. Staff is very friendly & extremely helpful. Requested some extra washer sheets & they are able to provide without any charges. We also needed some help with some food delivery/calling issues & they helped us without hesitation. Love the separate shower & toilet area. Very suitable for family of four.

we stayed for 6 nights and they only provide room service for 7 nights or more. seems ridiculous to go 6 days with no service at all to the rooms. the serviced apartments are not very well equipped. we have a few rooms and there are inconsistency’s to what they have provided ie. washing up soap etc. there are no tea towels. air conditioning is difficult to turn off

There are no warderobes in the room, the beds are actually just mattresses slightly raised over the floor. Use of the second bed is difficult for anyone higher than 100 cm. The small kitchenette is more or less symbolic, as there is no suitable table where several people could sit at (the room is for 4 persons!).

Location is relatively quiet and near public transportation (bus & U-Bahn station), good wi-fi. Staff is very friendly.

Swimming pool was clean and nice, kids and I liked. Environmental responsibility was ok, more recycling, please. It was ok that room was not cleaned everyday. That is a way to save nature (and costs).
