I don’t like this the person who was talking to me cause I ask why why the hotel charge my card of €127 he said that the Hotel system, but I told him I paid cash which is 77 euro but you charge my credit card the whole amount This is a very bad experience I used to stay in this hotel. They never charged me like this because I think, because I book my state through booking.com booking.com, till now they didn’t refund my money which has been charged on my credit card. Please do something to return my money book, thank you

there was a conference on so no dining it was noisy and we had to get a takeaway to eat as poor location for any food and due to conference they could not cater for us. very poor I thought. we are paying guests as well.

A bit outdated , design and technology. Spa was closed though advertised in booking.com and no governmental covid restrictions (Spa was one of the reasons for booking).

Great value for price. Good location for those traveling - not too far from the highway. Breakfast was very tasty as well. One thing for families with kids - the playground seems to be under the renovation for unlimited time.

There is no kettle in the room, for a 4-star hotel the rooms are very poorly equipped. We took breakfast, also very poor. Even though we filled out the forms, we didn't get everything. The quality of the breakfast is also not impressive, the breakfast room is very cold. The price of breakfast is 19 euros.

They said it’s double bed but it was not comfortable enough because it was two bed separated and not really comfortable while sleeping.

I regretted booking this place within 2 minutes of entering the hotel. The hotel was hosting several children's football teams and there were children running and screaming around the place like they were at a soft play party. I had two barge into me whilst holding my 5 month old baby. Took ages to get the lift to check in because children playing on all the lifts. I know the hotel can't be held accountable for the behaviour of guests but they should have insisted the adults supervise their children or asked them to leave. Other guests not with the football teams felt the same. Bar staff rude and ignored us when we needed some food and drink after a long journey- they just stood chatting with each other. We asked to order food, they said they don't ever serve food after 9. Queried this because on the hotel's website it says food is served until 10- they said website is not correct. Receptionist confirmed food is usually served until 10 but kitchen was to busy from football guests. Not sure why the bar staff lied? Receptionist helped us order a takeaway pizza which was delicious anyway. If it wasn't for the great receptionist we would have left.
