Our room was lovely and facing the atrium which is nice, however BEWARE at night it's extremely noisy. The windows have double glazing and this blocked off noise although this was not enough with the thumping from music which becomes louder at 8.30pm and did not end until after 11.30 We had to go downstairs and complain after 11 as we had enough of this noise and couldn't sleep. They turned it down slightly but was still annoying. If you have a room facing the atrium ask to move to another room. As the window was closed because of the noise there was not much air flow. The a/c was controlled by the hotel, there was no in-room a/c control. The bed was very comfortable however the duvet was very hot, so I was hot and cold all night. I spoke to the staff asking for a blanket or similar and the only solution from the staff was "take the duvet out of the cover and only sleep with that". Which is what I did, not happy about it though.

Great Location, staff were very friendly in this beautiful hotel with lovely atrium area to enjoy breakfast. The breakfast was good too. There is an Italian restaurant for dinner which had a great menu, but we didn't get to go. The room was nice, lovely rain shower in the bathroom and the bed very comfortable, however the duvet was too hot for comfort.

Breakfast was basic in comparison to similar standard hotels. It was expensive if booked as a one-off. The room could have had a little additional furniture ie storage unit / larger dressing table.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was adequate storage in the wardrobes. Excellent location for restaurants, quirky shops and attractions. The restaurant was excellent for dinner. Overall the room was very quiet considering that the hotel was busy and there was a lot going on outside.

Breakfast was not diverse, traditional warm breakfast options (eggs and such) were only available upon extra payment. Hard to get a table at the restaurant, must book before arrival if you want a table at a traditional dinner time. Bad ventilation in bathroom. Missed having a minibar fridge.

Great value for money. Good location. Located at the city Center, close to everything and easy to access via public transport. Room and hotel was beautiful, clean, very comfortable beds, nice staff and good food at the Donna. Overall a wonderful stay.

Hotel Bella Grande is a gorgeous City Hotel, which is located in the city centre. All attractions are in walking distance and it’s the perfect to explore Copenhagen. The employees are beyond friendly and helpful.

Stay was perfect. Hotel was super central. Very clean and comfortable. Best beds and shower. Restaurant also superb. One downfall was that there was no air con in the room. However we had a fan which was great service.

The rooms on the inside of the property that look down into the courtyard are SO loud, and pretty warm. We could hear the music thumping in our room until almost 1am and with two little kids it was far from ideal.

The room needs air-conditioning, it was so hot and the street noise is so loud, sleeping with the windows open wasn't an option which meant I slept really poorly. I spoke to reception staff about my room being too hot and they said they would provide a fan but it never appeared. I ate at the restaurant one evening and enjoyed it although I would say the service was slow and I'd have to ask twice for things like another drink.

The decor is lovely, and the staff were great. Very central location

Older building meant you heard the floorboards creaking loudly as the people in the room above walk around. Didn’t help when they came in at 2am but thankfully it didn’t last too long

Unfortunately our TV didn't work and they couldn't repair it over the weekend, so they offered us a different room, which we accepted even though the only choice was smaller room with much smaller bathroom (1 sink instead of 2 sinks, smaller shower, no bath, no windows even though we had paid for the superior double). This was a bit frustrating.

Location was great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant looked beautiful although we didn't go in.

The staff is not the most friendly, you leave the key at the reception since it is too big to carry around all day. But we spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and give us the key. The reception is always unattended. The hotel is very nice, with details, but I didn't understand the need for all the flowers to be plastic. The quality of the hotel drops.

Unfortunately, there are no additional amenities such as disposable slippers etc. in the hotel room. The lift's a bit claustrophobic. And the picture on the booking site is showing a beatiful scene of the hotel on the middle court yard where the hotel is in pink (color) which is not anymre.

The location is great. You can transfer via metro which is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. And also, Tivoli Gardens, one of the most important touristic atraction is just around the corner. There are beautiful parks near by. The staff is friendly. The pillows and the bed is comfy.

The bathroom was a little small, but totally functional.

Staff was so very friendly and helpful! Nicely renovated rooms and comfortable! Conveniently located to the center of Old Town Copenhagen...easy walking distance to Tivoli Gardens, City Hall, lots of nearby restaurants, and bike rentals just down the street! The restaurant downstairs was delicious! The oldest bakery in Copenhagen is a short walk and well worth it!

Good vibes from a vintage hotel. We appreciate a lot the retro appearence. The staff was very kind. The room was huge and the location is perfect, near to the main attractions by walking distance.

We had downgraded to a smaller room so we could use budget for breakfast instead, so the room was pretty small - no place for our luggage and the bathroom was tiny, with little space for toiletries - better suited for a solo traveler, rather than 2 people carrying 2 weeks of travel luggage! But we made do, and it was still attractive and clean. In future may pay the upgrade for a bit more room.

Breakfast was really delicious - typical yummy Danish spread. The room and hotel decor overall was lovely, everything felt clean and the staff was incredibly warm, inviting and helpful! GREAT LOCATION. Would definitely come again and pay a bit more for a larger room in similar circumstances.

No issues what so ever. Only thing we noted was our hotel door could be hard to open and close, but staff were able to assist us.
