Arrived into the room with the heating on which felt like an oven and either no or faulty air conditioning. Window could be opened but the latch was broken which was extremely dangerous for children. No black out blinds and the street lights and IKEA sign illuminated the room all night. Location was fine - about a 20 minute walk from the centre. No regular sized pillows - all were square cushion sized which wasn't comfortable at all.

The room was very cold and it wasn't warm outside, so I would of liked to been in a room that was warm, you could (once you figured it out) try to warm up the room, but it took a long time! The room had a lot of light coming in due to the direct street/walkway lights outside that were super bright!

The modern area and rooms were fine, I like that there was a restaurant there too and the staff were accommodating and friendly. Due to the bright light outside the room, the staff thankfully gave us another room that was more bearable.

I can't think of anything other I would have liked to had the breakfast within the price of the hotel room.

The hotel had a typical Danish design with plenty of light. The room had comfortable bed and a lovely view of the sea /harbour of Copenhagen. It was within easy reach of the city centre and all the suburbs.

A bit far away from central station. Access to the hotel from the street is through stairs, and with the luggage is not comfortable. Access to the main street to take bus or train is using a long tram of stairs, that is too long and tiring

The room was very small and the mattress and pillows weren't comfortable. But that's my opinion. Someone else might find it comfortable.

The only thing bad in the hotel are the pillows. I refrain calling those things pillows, literally they do not exist :) Please consider changing the pillows, you need three of them to create a regular pillow.

The hotel is accessable both by public transport and by foot. The shopping mall (Fisketorvet) next to it offers many shopping opportunities for those who are interested. The design of the hotel itself and its rooms are soothing and calm and the area is very quiet. We loved our stay in Copenhagen Island Hotel.

I had to go down a flight of stairs from the main road to get to the hotel when arriving with the train. It was icy and I was carrying a suitcase.

It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport and close to the city centre. The room was clean and big enough for a one night stay. The breakfast was good.

The biggest disappointment was that there was a lot of dust on the first day of arrival in various places, especially on the glass shelves. The sink was also clogged, the water did not drain very, very badly, it was extremely uncomfortable from this side. After asking for cleaning and fixing the problem with the sink, nothing happened has not changed

I don’t usually write reviews but I was really disappointed with the cleanliness. When we arrived we had hairs all over our pillow (maybe a dog or eyelashes) so we had to change that. Then I noticed none of the windows have been cleaned, greasy finger prints all over. Then the bath and sink clearly hasn’t been wiped, marks and dust.

We loved the location, nice to look out over the water and central to what we wanted to do.

Breakfast was a little expensive, but it's probably in line with the pricing across most of the city.

Very clean room, friendly staff. It was a city view room and we loved it. Rooms are quite spacious, with a good sized TV and well equipped bathroom.

The staff at the front desk could've been a bit more friendly. However, the staff at the breakfast were friendly.

The first room we took was spacious and clean. Facilities were great. However, we returned after 2 days from visiting another city. We got checked into another room that was not cleaned well. They said it was a twin bed but it was just two single beds put close together.

Well I.took my pet very little choice of areas where he could go whilst I ate . Also no bowls left for him.in room . I wouldn't say it was totally pet friendly and you pay 200dk per night

The Ultra modern Danish Architecture of the building and surrounding areas. The Breakfast deserves top marks 👌 so much variety and beautifully displayed the staff efficent and very courteous . Lovely and friendly
