Rooms were a bit small, would have liked a fridge and missed having a bath.

Clean, comfortable, pleasant, helpful staff. Close to station but no noise in room. Loved having the roof terrace for a rest after busy day sightseeing. Food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. I felt very safe.

The bathtub has no door nor a curtain meaning a shower floods the entire bathroom including the counter and toilet paper. We were unable to use the rain head and used only the hand shower to control the flooding.

Location is excellent being only a few blocks from the main train station, metro station md attractions. The Junior was an excellent meeting point for our group with many seating options.

Most staffs are warm and welcoming but there were a few exceptions, especially one time we went to the restaurant asking if they could move our breakfast time earlier, and one person just simply ignored us. Maybe it's not her/his job to greet customers but to having been talked to and just walking away feels a quite awkward way to treat a guest. Good breakfast though.

The hotel is overall nice but the room is small, not a big problem if you are not spending too much time inside. Breakfast is good. The rooftop bar is also a brilliant place to chill.

The superior king was a bit smaller than what I was hoping for.

Staff was friendly and helpful! It was close to the bus station and Metro, which made getting around very easy. Although we never felt unsafe, it was nice that the front lobby is locked after a certain time and someone had to verify you stayed there to get in.

Where do I begin? What a gorgeous boutique hotel. I fell in love with it almost immediately. The tasteful decor, the artwork, very friendly staff and all the amenities. I have travelled extensively and can honestly say I have never seen a more beautiful hotel gym! I wholeheartedly would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen and wanting to be based at a beautiful, conveniently located place. I plan to come back to Copenhagen one day, and Grand Joanne is my only choice of accommodation!

Difficult to find a way to contact the redemption from the room. No phone . QR code to a what's app but nobody answered . Same with the phones. Could have been because of the late hour.

The property is a true gem! Very centrally located, and cute as a button. The decor was sweet and details were minded. Very comfortable bed!

Great location near both the train and metro. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the staff were very helpful. Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Joanne and if we are ever back in Copenhagen we would definitely stay again!
