Excellent location. Room was very comfortable. All staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Hotel well presented and very clean. The interior is very beautiful, The hotel is very easy to reach from the main station and a great starting point to explore the city. Breakfast variety and quality - impressive, delicous bread!

Our "cosy" room was just too cosy for 2 people. Barely room to get around, although very nice, all the same. Upgraded to a larger room very easily. A bit of street noise, but city centre, so expected.

Uniquely styled hotel. A very homely feel with a very pleasant lobby and bar area for lounging. It is useful to be so close to the station, and with Tivoli 2 minutes walk away, it's easy to spend all day there while being able to pop back to the hotel during the day. The larger room and facilities were excellent. All the staff were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The beds were incredibly soft and is not my preference. The shower water pressure could be better too as it was quite weak and having a fridge in the room would have really been nice.

The vibe of the hotel was modern and suited the vibe of the city. The room we were given was cozy and perfect for a couple. The bathroom was spotless and we were located in a quieter part of the hotel exactly as we requested. The hotel team were incredibly polite and overall we had a wonderful experience.

Our room was on the small side but totally our fault as we did choose the standard double. Having said that the room was absolutely fine for our 3 day city break.

Perfect location - central Copenhagen. Only a 4 min walk from train and metro station which are both only 15 mins from the airport. We loved the rooftop bar which was a total sun-trap. The rooms are cosy, we were in a superior king which was quite small but didn’t matter as we were exploring the city. The downstairs bar is stylish and let us borrow umbrellas for one evening of bad weather. For the location, facilities and style of the place, I think the price is extremely good - especially for such an expensive city.

Rooms are extremely small, it was ok for one person, but I can’t imagine how it would work for a couple.

Good location near the train station and you can easily explore the city on foot, common area are very charming and stylish. Room was well equipped: steamer, hairdryer, teapot, toiletries and etc.

Our room went out to the street where the main station is located, meaning it was a bit louder even with the windows closed. This did not disturb us too much but if you're noise sensitive, you might want to ask for a room that goes out to the back of the hotel. The lights in our room were all quite dark/gloomy, which created a nice atmosphere but was sometimes a bit impractical when getting ready / doing the make-up.

The room was on the smaller side but gorgeously furnished and equipped with everything you need; there was even a rain shower. The bed is incredibly cozy. The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to all needs. We could leave our luggage in the hotel before resp. after the check-in and check-out and could also spend our waiting time for the train in the beautiful lobby. The bar has nice cocktails and the staff remained very polite despite the busyness after a certain hour. The location is perfect if you arrive in Copenhagen by train and you are also very close to many touristic hotspots, Tivoli park is literally right around the corner. The hotel itself is in Vesterbro, which is a lovely district that's not too touristy yet with many coffee shops and stores where locals go to. The staff provided us with nice tipps on where to go for brunch, etc.
