-It was very hot in the room. When we wanted to open the window to cool the room, it wasn"t possible due to the noise on the street. - Too much masseges , e- mails before arriving- to check in, to check out etc. - it is troublesome to reserve a time for breakfast

It's in my opinion a little bit expensive for what it is. The room we had was a little on the small size, but not uncomfortable. You have to reserve a time slot of 45 min for your breakfast.

The location is excellent, very easy to find. There is secure parking under the hotel with reserved places for motorcycles. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We found the beds very comfortable, but that's a personal thing. Everything was very clean Great to have a usb and cordless charging station next to each bed, there also is an internet LAN port next to each bed.

Too much messages prior to my visit, like pre-check in and other stuff. I'm sure the intention is good and it's very thorough to inform about everything, but I cannot plan that much before I'm really on my way to the hotel. However, that's whining on a high level ;)

I was several times in Kolding but never in that hotel. The staff was really great and helped me solve my dinner problem. It's in a good area close to Koldinghus and all the restaurants in the nice streets nearby.

The room has been very warm and one just could open the window completely but since there was a path outside the windoe everyone would have been able to get in.

When I arrived (around 21:30) there was no staff in the lobby or restaurant to help me check-in. I was waiting there for like 15 min., and there was 2 other people in line behind me, before the lobby staff came. Maybe it could be a good idea to install a bell or call system in the lobby to avoid this problem.

The room was clean, the beds was comfy and the breakfast was good. The hotel is located right next to the train station, so it is very easy to connect with other city. The hotel is also closed to the shopping center in Kolding.

you have expectations about a modern hotel. It was a huge disappointment there was no airconditioning in the room. The little fan was not enough. And for me the worst no hygienic glass shower screen but a shower curtain, gross. The shower was also tiny.

It’s a modern hotel close to the castle, train station and free parking around the hotel after 6pm.
