There was a notice that the hotel will be doing an upgrade, which I think it needs it. My room was comfortable but was starting to show wear and tear. Hooks were no longer tight on the wall, corners of wood table and bed were worn. The morning breakfast was very very crowded.

The staff was very friendly and I liked that they offered breakfast. The hotel is in a great location with walking distance to shops, bakeries and restaurants.

The reception staff seemed overstrained when more than one guest asked for check-in, check-out or anything in between. We traveled with four colleagues and had difficulties with both check-in and check-out. Payments made disappeared in the system so that we in the end had to prove that it has been made. Two of our four rooms were located directly next to the elevator which is really disturbing throughout the whole night. The cleanliness of the bathroom and also linen could have been better.

The location is perfect for almost getting everywhere within the city centre. We've really enjoyed the exceptional breakfast: great variety, very good coffee, friendly staff.

The mattress was way too soft, not enough pillows and we asked for handsoap many times, since the bottle was empty and it took 1,5 days to refill.

Pillows are really bad for me. There is not enough towels and nobody enter to clean if you dont call them. The breakfast is not great, but is not so bad either. The whole property needs renovation.

The location. It is perfect. And the staff is great and friendly, very helpfull. Internet is also pretty good.

The toilet is nice but they don't have a small toilet carpet. This is a little bit annoying because the floor gets wet quite fast. Besides that, the breakfast room gets quite full and sometimes it's a bit hard to the a spot.

the room is quite good and I would highly recommend. Also, the location is amazing, it's close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Keep in mind that it's a touristic area. The breakfast has a huge selection of food.

TV in the room was really small comparing with room size. There is no room cleaning or changing the towels, only on request the day before.

There were some things that might be better in the room. The lighting system was curious and didn't make sense. The room was too hot and cooling system didn't work appropriately. Bathroom was overall clean but there were some corners and walls that should be better cleaned.

The location of the hotel was just perfect. Everything you need was in the room. The check-in desk and corridors looked lovely. The workers were really friendly, recommended activities in Copenhagen and reminded us that there is Danish throne exchange.

I think the rooms are very outdated and need better maintenance. The bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

Location! Location! Location! It is so close to everything, sightseeing-wise, but it is also fast and easy to get to the airport using public transport. Great and consistent breakfast. Reception and restaurant staff are nice and do their best.

Although they didn’t charge us to keep our suitcases, they said they will start doing that soon. For a hotel to charge for luggage after check out for a few hours is unjustified. The charge is quite a lot and comes to about 15DKK for 1 large suitcase. They should rethink this policy before implementing it. Room are a bit old and outdated.

The reception area is quite small. Toilet floor - not a fan of stone floors. Lifts are very, very small. No hair conditioner at the toilet.
