The room was quite small and the bed not big enough to fit a couple. Also, the pillow and the mattress were uncomfortable.

Excellent location, 2 minutes from Copenhagen Train Central Station and right in front of M3/M4 metro station. The room was cleaned regularly and the hotel staff was very nice. It was also very quiet during night and well heated.

I think while the breakfast basket was super idea, it included items that I wouldn't have been used to eating for breakfast especially with the early start we had. It could benefit of added muesli or granola or porridge kits.

Location was great with easy access to quick visits on various sites. Room was nicely set for a work trip with a desk and table to eat separately. It was the first time I experienced the breakfast basket. It is a great concept.

The hotel is small with no restaurant or bar or common area to use. The check out staff was not very friendly. No attempt to help with bags and almost a little sarcastic.

It is very close to the central station so super convenient. We walked down the road to the Main Street and stumbled across a lovely boutique hotel and had a wonderful breakfast there.

In breakfast was no ham, just cheese and marmelade. Bed was too small for 2 people. Fridge was smelling moldy. Room service is not folding towels, doesnt look nice

In such a good size room, Just a shame one side of the double bed was so cramped as made it hard to get in and out of the bed!

The hotel was super clean in a good location with great amenities/kitchen area in room. A really good size room and storage/space to sit and get ready. Late check in process was also great and hassle free.

Location although close to the central station it was located on the back side. Didn’t feel quite safe for 2 older ladies at night. Some scrungy looking characters always associated with central station location

The location is very convenient if you are traveling by Metro or Train. It is a few min walk from Tivoli and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, ready even a bit earlier than check in time. The staff was very friendly, did accommodate my special request for a room type (thank you for that!) and even helped with some dining out recommendations. Check in and check out were very easy and efficient. I would say a very pleasant place for this accommodation type/price range.

The lobby was very small. It wasn't very good for gathering. No bar or restaurant at the hotel hurts the rating. The breakfast consists of the same 4 pieces of bread each day. The employee was very professional but certainly didn't go out of his way to be friendly and openly give information about the area.

The location next to the metro was very good. The room was a good size.
