Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThere is no one to help you with your bags if you are storing them. The lobby doesn't open until 8 am, so you can't get coffee, which was better than the pseudo Nespresso pods. They have a vending machine with a few items, but it only took DKK and they could not change any Euros or USD, nor would they give you DKK and add them to your room to pay later with your card. No AC, which is fine in May, but it would definitely not very hot in summer. We had windows open, so I got bit by mosquitos, and because we had to open windows, it was hard to sleep because of outside noise late and early morning garbage pickup and street cleaners. TV had very few channels -- maybe 7 or 8 -- and most didn't have good sound. BBC in English didn't have a picture most of the time. There is one tiny bottle of shampoo and cream rinse, not really sufficient for two persons. And no wash cloths. There is no restaurant. If you order breakfast, it is hung on the hooks of your door. Also no do not disturb sign for the door.
Size of room was spacious by European standards. There is a refrigerator, coffee maker and hot water kettle a toaster, plus dishes, glasses, coffee cups and silverware. Location is amazing. Two blocks from Tivoli Garden, one block from the train station, Tube and Metro, and two blocks from Meat Packing District which has great restaurants and is full of life. Lots of 7-Elevens nearby. It was also only a short walk to the main square and the shopping district.

IndiaNo real complaints as such regarding our stay.
The location of Hotel Tiffany made it really convenient to get around Copenhagen at any time. Being right next to the station helped with planning our visits around the city without worries about getting back to the hotel even when it was late in the night. With ample supermarkets, bars and restaurants around, most of the things to do were a short walk away. The staff were always smiling and open to all questions that we had. The room was also fairly spacious and had all the amenities we could have needed.

SpainVery close to the main train station and metro station. It's a 15' commute to the airport! They gave us a slightly bigger room, in the corner, which we appreciated. It was huge and very bright. The kitchenette is convenient, and the room was super clean.

SwitzerlandThere is no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is served directly in the room. This was ok for us. The breakfast does not include ham/other sliced meat or eggs. There was pork paste though. This is a matter of taste. I cannot think of any serious drawbacks.
Great location, big room, good facilities, tasty fresh bread with a variety of other things for breakfast. Bread is served at eight. If you leave earlier, frozen bread is offered. We stayed with a baby who slept in a cot, which was obviously comfortable, as well as the adults’ bed. Moreover, the baby bed could be moved around the room easily, which I found practical.

SingaporePrice a bit stiff; especially since daily breakfast is not included. Though coffee is also provided at the small Reception area from 9am-9pm, the drink quality is not commendable. However, the varieties in tea (bags) selection, made up for the coffee.
Location is central; near station and everything else. They do daily hse keeping to rooms. Room is big and spacious with heaters in bathroom and bedroom. Small kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker and wares make stay a bit more homely feeling.

United StatesI didn't realize how much I would miss not having a choice at breakfast, or not having food close at hand in the evening. At first, I didn't think I would even have breakfast because I normally skip it, but since there was no restaurant in the hotel and the restaurants in the area were not too close and a bit of a hassle, I mostly ended up skipping dinner and then there were no other convenient food options, with no other food offered in the hotel... So, it was bread, a danish, a piece of fruit, and spreadable cheese every day... I could have prepared better and bought something for the next day, but after a long day's work, it was the last thing I wanted to do... Not a complaint, just a warning to be prepared.
This is a great little hotel, very close to the main train station, Tivoli, and in the quiet yet fun Vesterbro district of Copenhagen. It is small and homey, with friendly and helpful staff. I got upgraded to a larger, corner room which was much appreciated.
