The rooms are not very fresh. Need sunlight to remove the damn smell that comes in whenever you come from outside, it is not unbearable but it is there. The tap in my bathroom broke at 3am and it woke me up. The hotel fixed it temporarily at night and then next day they fixed the tap. But it was a bit of nuisance

The hotel was very close to beach- just had to cross a road and row of house across. The hotel has a cafe at the beach and sitting area there. Staff was not very good with English but they tried to help as much as they can. My mom’s is vegetarian, they didn’t have a lot of veggie options, but they let us heat our food in the kitchen

Beds could have been more comortable. Having a few fruit options on the menu would have been nice to have. These were the only issues.

The short walk to the beach and the Mojito Bar were amazing. We also stayed at a all inclusive and would have rather stayed at the Green coast hotel. there was not as many people, and service was great. Francisco treated the hotel as if he owned it. He is a excellent asset to the hotel. I hope the owners realize his efforts to customer satisfaction and comfort.

My room was very dingy, other rooms seemed to have balcony or bigger windows but when I asked if they were available I was told no. It meant that nothing could dry in my room and I had no outside area to hang my wet towel etc. The floors didn't seemed to be swept during the cleaning process so my feet were constantly sandy.

The area seemed to be the shabby part of Punta Cana.. I was reluctant to go out at night. The hotel room was totally different than what you see in the photos, shabby and cheap. It's not a good place to stay, really. And the bar on the beach, I didn't see it at the hotel. I think it's one of the bars around.

Didn't get the room I reserved, got though a little recompensation for that. Nobody told us in for hand how the warm water system works. One morning we waited for an hour to get the breakfast. There are good things but also many little things that would need to be fixed in this hotel.

The breakfast is not self service Staff cannot speak English, although they mentioned on their website they do speak English They don't have what they say they have in the menu WI-FI is 😖 AWFUL, no WI-FI in the bedroom The neighbourhood is quite annoying, the guys in the shops keep calling you and overcharge

I stayed in the hut on the backside of the hotel, which I enjoyed a lot as it reminded me of the typical coloured houses in DR. It's spacious for one or two people, with TV, airco and all the essential basics. When I arrived the cleaning was not at its best (however the second day it was better done). But the issue was with the bedclothes which were broken and dirty. Also one window has a defect and couldn't be properly closed. You'll need good anti-mosquitoes ! However, overall I enjoyed my stay thanks to the staff and location!

This is not a huge beach club or resort, it's a cute little hotel with all basic comfort on the backside of a nice and positive vibes little beach bar. The great location and friendly staff are the things I enjoyed the most. It's quiet and still one step from the beach, bars and restaurants Breakfast was also good and they made a vegetarian option as well. They also have a parking lot.

Hotel reception staff afternoon basically deals with check-in. Food orders, room service. I aslo had no channels on tv for my daughter and the receptionist also had to deal with this and never got this issue fixed. Not good as my family had to wait long periods of time to get anything. Morning hotel receptionist could smile more. And maybe practice customer service, she insisted we order all of our breakfast at once rather than drinks first and time to decide what to eat. Just a bit too cheeky to be honest. Our windows would not lock. The reception staff advised the cameras are our security no good enough.

Not super clean, some bugs in the bathroom. Most of locks on windows and balcony are broken. Overall the hotel is quite used and abused but everything worked fine. In the shower there's a little glass window to the hallway which is open for anyone to see. The pictures look better than the reality.

Very happy with the service. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast were really good, good location.
