-Wi-Fi was so rubbish and you need it to book restaurants through the hotels app Restaurants book up really fast! -Laundry service isnt great , left laundry in on a Friday didn’t get it back to the following Wednesday -Avoid Seapro booked a swim with dolphins trip they kept cancelling it and we never got to go , and I still have got no refund to this day 230 dollars!just excuses -be prepared for a few rude staff during the trip - avoid golf buggies with staff offering a tour and short presentation if you don’t want to be stuck in an office for 2 hours with guys trying to sell you a lifetime holiday deal - watch out for the steps on each apartment block there’s one different 😂

The resort is clean and tidy and the room was lovely,plenty of selection of food and drinks at the buffets and restaurants, pool was nice also right beside the Beach which was great . Open mic nights were fun at the 24/7 bar and the amount of friendly Canadians you probably will meet make the stay more fun .You will have a lovely time if you know what to avoid

- The wi-fi is just a bad joke. After 2 days, I decided to pay for the premium wifi. That was an even wore joke. I actually paid for nothing. - On the beach and in the resort are a lot of "representatives of torusim agencies" who tried to trick me into buying tours at inflated prices. - If you don't pay tips before you ask for an "all inclusive service", most probably you will not get that service. The most relevant example is water at the table. There is no self service for water and other drinks and the waiters will forget that you asked for something to drink if you don't give them one dollae in advance. I felt thirsty all the vacantion. The same tip culture you will find at the bar, or if you want to get some food freshly prepared on the stove (egg crumbles. omlette, grilled meat etc.) - The animation team for kids don't organize any activity. - The singers are hiding their lack of talent by playing music extremely loud. - The cost of everything you want to buy is overvalued (30 $ for a small Nivea sunscreen, 25$ for a plastic bucket with few accessories for kids). Both products are no more than 5$ each in USA or in Europe. - For 2 hours late checkout I had to pay additional money. - In 5 days, they refilled the minibar in the room only twice. - We never had enough shampoo, soap and towels in the bathroom. - One day, wen we came back from the beach, we found a big poop in the toilet. I don't know if it was from their staff or the sewage overflowed. As a general conclusion I can say that I didn't feel relaxed. I had to watch my wallet all the time and to be aware to not be tricked to pay 10 times more than normal for a service. Also, I didn't apprectiated the fact that everything was conditioned by tips in advance. I usually pay tips after I get the service, if I am happy with the service, not in advance.

- Food in the resort is diversified and more than 80% was tasty. - The general view is great (palms, beach, lawn, peacocks, ducks and other animals free on the alleys) - Pescador a la carte restaurant had really tasty food.

I really did not like being harassed multiple times a day mainly by non hotel staff, e.g., travel company staff, some staff in pink shirts, getting some sex related offerings… I came to relax and be by myself, not being harassed 24/7 by random dudes. Also really hated it that everyone asked me to smile because yore on vacation. Nobody should tell me what to do when I’m on my vacation and bring harassed all day. Hotel was not 5 star, I would say 3,5-4 star. Food was very mediocre. No organic food, drinks are pure chemicals. Pizza, pasta, crepes were only eatable options.

The hotel was fine, it looked nice and clean, most hotel stuff was very friendly, especially reception staff. My fave part was the animal area, mangrove area of the hotel.

The staff and the cleaning people were horrible. On arrival my room accommodations were not correct until after the third time. The staff at the front desk were rude, not all but quite a few. It took hours to get towels and our room cleaned.

Only two pools, drinks at the beach and snacks bars were limited to 2-3 options. Room was only cleaned the first day, the rest of the stay room was not cleaned nor toiletries restocked. Lost of Flies! on the buffet

Very basic, not luxury at all . The rules they have to make a reservation for dinner in the Restaurant it’s wrong. You have to check in your room at 3 pm and to make a reservation for dinner it’s only for 8 am to 3:00 pm. So by the time you check inn and try to make a reservation for the same day , it’s too late. We was celebrating an special occasion , and we had to eat at the buffet. I was previously call to try to make a reservation over the phone , and I was told I can’t make a reservation for dinner until you check inn your room. Automatically lost one day to have a chance to have dinner in the restaurants they advertise including on the price you paid for the all inclusive offer. The next night they only had one opening available for all the Restaurants.

The rooms are beautiful but there’s a strong smell of airless due to the air conditioning I guess! Also the cleaning in the room could be better. Rest of the hotel looked good!

I can hardly mention anything, yet I think if I should, that would be the traffic. There is no separate service route for the trucks and the scooters, so this might be inconvenient if you choose to walk on the relatively narrow roads instead of using the ‘train’.

There are a lot of facilities, the all inclusive buffet had a wide selection of meals well prepared. The personnel was really friendly and kind. Special thanks to Lesli, who cut a coconut for us so we could try, the kids were thrilled. We liked the concept of the small eco-park close to the house so we could also have a piece of nature around. The beach is quite wide and there are several pools to choose, not mentioning the pool bar :)

The dinner reservation system was not explained to us, and it was quite confusing for the first two days. The food was very good but repetitive by the end of the week. The activities were very limited compared to other resorts we have stayed at.

The grounds and rooms and restaurants were all immaculately clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

Reservations at the restaurants were impossible for us to make so we had to eat at the Buffet the entire time. We were there for 3 nights and couldn’t get a single reservation for 4 people at any restaurant which really put a damper on our stay. One of our rooms also didn’t have hot water for the duration of the stay.

People from Royal Holiday are annoyed; me and my fiancé were caught for three and a half hours. At the beginning one of their promoter said hi and asked us if have received the gifts that hotel is giving because of their anniversary. We told no we haven't, then he told us that if we wanted he could pick us up the next day so we can get gifts. The next day he was calling our room in the morning and was waiting at 9:30 AM in front of our room in his golf car. AND YES we agreed to meet with him because we told us that it was to pick up some gifts. Before get in their office, the promoter told us that they offer different services and asked us to participate in a 90 minutes chat to get to know their services. Until that moment we thought that we were talking to a hotel representative. We agreed to that too because it was 90 minutes and we didn't have anything planned for the morning. It was overwhelming, we saw 6 different people, back to back offering different packages. The first one join us to buffet so we "didn't miss out our breakfast". Of course we couldn't enjoy it because is IMPOSSIBLE to enjoy a breakfast while someone is talking about numbers, percentages, credits and money. Once we were done, she took us back to office to tell us the prices. After that it was more talking, more offers, different representatives, it was crazy. After 3 1/2 hours, we had a change to we said we won't buy anything without discuss it in private and evaluate our budget. They told us that we can take our time to discuss it, but we couldn't get out the office, otherwise they would close the invitation and we would have to wait 3 years to apply if we decided yes. Me and my fiancé stared to discuss it but we found out we need more time. We told them and they were pushing us to leave a deposit to maintain the price until we come back. My boyfriend was about to leave and I didn't let him. It was harassment and manipulation.

Landscapes are beautiful, love all the peacock all over the place. Plenty of options where to eat, theme restaurants (Italian, Indian, Japanese, Mexican, steakhouse and others , buffets and snacks. They have a la carte snack open 24 hours. Lobby, restaurants, room and rest of areas are clean. The staff is very pleasant, each person had an smile in their face.

The beach facillities are well kept and spacious. The rooms are quiet , have a nice , modern decoration with large balconies. The property is big but very easy to move around and plenty of transportation available.
