Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel couldn’t be in a more perfect location of you are visiting! It’s in a clean, lively, safe area with everything being a block away from me! The rooms look newly renovated and I absolutely love their terraces they all have a view :) I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in SD

We had the balcony room on top level under the name of the hotel. The room was great! It’s located right above where a lot of the action happens so if you can’t handle a little noise, it might not be the room for you. However, for us it was a great few days. The shower was hot. The AC was perfect at night. The location is centrally located and in walking distance to many attractions.

It was a wonderful stay, they have very friendly staff, it is a clean, comfortable hotel and there was a very good location in the Colonial Center. I recommend the rooms with a balcony. The hotel is connected to the restaurant which also has excellent service. There is no better place.
