Cooker only had one ring working, toaster broken. We never mentioned it as we ate out every night. Doors and locks weren’t great.

Towels. The towel that were supplied to the room were old. Actually they were very old and never smelt freshly laundered which was a bit off putting and we were reluctant to use them

Rooms were clean and bedding was fresh. Kitchen had all the necessary crockery pan etc with a microwave oven and coffee machine. Our apartment had evening sun as per our request and we had a peace rest. We got what we paid for

Sounds petty but so sweeping brush/ dustpan or tea towel in the room. Impossible when you've a toddler. Thought the warm pool should have been able to families.

The pool facilities- even if it was a bit cold. NB the indoor warm pool is adult only Loads of hot water for showers etc

The beds were very uncomfortable. Only towels & sheets left by staff, they didn't come back to clean the room when we were out. The pools were freezing. Had to pay extra for pool towels, this was refunded but 15e each! Pay extra for tv remote, air conditioning & safe. Indoor pool adults only & open 2-6pm.

The staff were mostly friendly. Good selection in the onsite supermarket. Location was good. Arcade & mini disco good fun for the kids. Indoor pool & gym added bonus for adults.

Coffee percolator had no filter papers. Buying coffee is okay, but not buying filter papers for a four day stay, so self catering breakfast was caffeine free :/. The walk into town /shops / beach is about 20 minutes, long way in the heat of the day, and the road is very lonely after dark

Miserable male receptionist. Felt we were bothering him if needed to speak with reception. Pools so cold hardly anyone in them . Rest of my family were elsewhere on the island and pools were being used. Guess they must of been heated a little? Place was okay but dated . Low 3*

Some aspects of the hotel are a little sloppy, making it feel “tired”, like messy paintwork, railings look faded & loose, ill fitting doors, No ice cube tray in fridge, no plug in bathroom sink, half the light bulbs in our room were missing or not working. No decent wine glasses or tall pint glasses in room, very shallow cereal /soup bowls. Little things that sound silly, but just detract from the overall experience. Could all be fixed with a bit of TLC

We have stopped here twice previously, so knew what to expect. Grounds are well maintained, staff are friendly, hotel is a stones throw from bar, shops and restaurants. Very reasonably priced hotel.

the pools were supposed to be heated so it said, but they were ice cold which was a shame with our 11month baby as he loves the water.

fantastic place to stay , swimming pools were great. room is basic but does the job. easy access to shops bar’s restaurants.

The fact there was no kitchen stuff. Washing up liquid, dishcloth or tea towel. Just a small starter pack would be an improvement. TV channels not very good. Didn't mind paying the deposit for tv remote, aircon remote, safe plus daily charge and towels. However it would have been good to know beforehand that the deposits had to be cash.

The resort was very nice, staff nice and helpful. Our accommodation was spacious and well thought. Location was great.

Wifi did not work in our room. The air conditioning was in the bedroom and not in the living room whilst the third person has to sleep in the living room during a heat wave. No possibility to open the windows, particularly at night, as any bug could enter into the room (no nets in the windows)

The shop better / more options for fresh bread / pastries and fruit. Also not advised the indoor pool would be closed for our visit.
