The beach is beautiful. The hotel rooms and grounds were always clean. It's very quiet and relaxing. Food and drinks were excellent. The hotel staff were friendly.

Perfect location to relax and enjoy. Beautiful beach, peaceful. Outstanding service and attention to details. Will absolutely come back. John was great at the restaurant and Randy at front desk, all staff were fabulous.

The cleaning could be better, lots of fur and dust in the shower, hair in toilet and stains on the sheets.

Amazing place, in my opinon the best arround. Well designed, ocean front cabin looks good in and out. The pool- wow!

They are keeping a rooster on their property which is screaming every night since 4:30 am for at least two hours which is unacceptable and I don't get this logic. It wakes me and my family up every night. Also the wooden floor around pool is very outdated and we got two big stitches in our feet. Which is also hell to pull out from a 3 years old child.

Staff, location, pool, beach and surroundings was amazing! Accommodation was very nice, food was also very ok.

Despite the resort looks beautiful and we had the best room, there were small thing that you would expect in such an accommodation like a cleaned beach (we cleaned ourselves our beds and we found cigarettes and plastics from previous occupiers).

It’s an amazing almost completely private resort in a niche area that is still not super touristy. The beach is uncontaminated and you are immersed in the nature.

I would’ve give overall 5star but during our 3 day stay Tv didn’t work despite a staff member came to check connection. Since is a very relaxing place , at night TV was a big plus to have ☹️, other than that was amazing

The cost of transfer from airport is high.

We spent 8 days here - in a blink of an eye! Even if a bit remote, this boutique hotel is unique and exclusive. The ultimate destination for relaxing. I recommend the bungalow 1 directly on the beach 🤩 Private beach, excellent helpful and kind staff (Victor, Michelle, John and Fernando thank you!). Amazing breakfast and cuisine. The barbecue on Saturday evening was magical. Will definitely come back!

Absolutely Nothing could have been done to maker our experience any better! From the initial checkin to the minute we departed. We were treated exceptionally well by all staff, able to check out at the required time and still use the facilities for the remainder of the afternoon until we left at around 16:00. Punta Rucia Lodge beach amazing a little seaweed to be expected! 25yrs of visiting Ensenada and Punta Rucia this was by far the best experience we've had!

Amazing service from start at reception, the bar, restaurant and waiting staff especially Jhon, Fernando and MIchell! Having travelled widely in Dominican Republic this hotel was one of the best I have visited both for attention to clients and service 1st class! Food was excellent, restaurant prices very good, the General Manager was onsite and very approachable. Bar and Restaurant prices were higher than outside the hotel but quality of food and cleanliness of the kitchen was excellent and far better than outside venues.

Staff was not very nice. Food at the restaurant was not very fresh - may be due to the electricity issues, we got sick there. The jacuzzi in the room was not really clean and did not work properly.

had to change the first room we got.. since the previous guest left their undies in the drawer.. then moved to a second room and the toilet was not very clean... No drink service at the beach even though we requested it after having lunch at the restaurant.

very pretty hotel... the beach is truly amazing.. the pool and food were excellent. Big shout out to John.. John is a new employee there and went above and beyond tending to us.
