Cannot beat the location! All of our meals were super quality and quite delicious from the breakfast, beach snack bar to the restaurants. The service and staff were happy, friendly and always so helpful! Miguel was an immense help during our stay, we wanted for nothing!

There isn't much I can say I didn't like. The only thing I wished was that the places in Sanctuary Town were open for lunch.

We loved the location and the views. It was breathtaking to wake up to those views every day. It was incredibly peaceful. So much so that we even slept on our balcony one night. The staff were so friendly and remembered us. We loved the cleanliness and feeling so safe and secure. The food was exceptional, and the entertainment offerings were fun. We had a blast on our excursion booked through the hotel. We rode ATV through mud and swam in a cave. It was the best week.

The food in the Italian restaurant was not authentic and was therefore disappointing. Otherwise we enjoyed all other meals.

Breakfast was really good. Location was perfect.Room was very comfortable. Pools were great. Decor and cleanliness were first class.

There was not really a "night life" scene but other than that, can not think of a thing our family did not like about the location and/or property!

The first room we went to did not have A/C working - an electrician came, but it did not feel like a major change. The next day we were moved but there was an issue with ants in some corners of the room.

The Breakfast was amazing the staff was super cool and sweet.

We had such a great stay at Sanctuary Cap Cana Punta Cana. The food was amazing and there were lots of options. The customer service was exemplary. Oscar was an amazing waiter whom displayed magnificent customer service, was attentive, had a positive attitude and was extremely friendly. We truly enjoyed his customer service. Ventura was an amazing waiter whom made our dinner experiences memorable and special. He had an incredible personality and positive attitude. Felix was another excellent waiter who was extremely helpful, kind and displayed immaculate customer service. He was so professional and knowledgeable. All of these individuals made our stay at Sanctuary a five star experience. The customer service is amazing and I would highly recommend this resort!

The variety of the buffet. The food was good, but it was always the same, just a few differences. I guess it's because the original restaurant for the buffet was not available and they used the space of an a la carte restaurant and you had the option to order from the menu.

I loved the facilities and the hotel staff; they really give you a special (VIP) treatment. Jeremia was our butler, and he was very kind, friendly and always willing to help. Give this man a rise!

We did not realised it was a shared house, but that's on us for no checking the description properly, yet because we were almost the only one during out stay it was really good

The area is great! Ceasar was super helpful and organised which made our life super easy. The apartment looked like the photos and was super confortable

Beach attached to the property is extremely small and not the. eat quality Did not enjoy any beach time at all. Cocktails had a LOT of alcohol with no measure on most occasions.

How all rooms had ocean view and NOT crowded. All adults resort but serene and relaxing with enough activity.

Everything was fantastic....we travel a lot and stay at supposedly 5 star resorts all the time, and they are not, but this was definitely a 5star experience....you definitely want Miguel as your butler, he's the best...

The check in experience was pretty bad. It took for ever. The person who checked us in, Carlos, was incompetent. The sea was horrible and I did not swim once. I do not like pools so at the end of the day I could have stayed at home. The seaweed was an ugly sight and a problem. I cannot imagine what the people who had booked expensive rooms by the sea would have thought, especially the ones overlooking the adjacent beach. Its the first time that I go on holiday and do not send or post any photos of the beach!
