The receptionist staff nor the supervisor addressed the problem I had with my reservation correctly. They made it so uncomfortable and unpleasant. They were very rude and unprofessional. I felt obligated to stay because it’s a foreign country, didn’t have much options where to go.

On Friday 20th, went with my family to La Gira Rodizio and the staff made me feel like I was there to beg for food instead of getting a service, I left and went to the buffet.

Really good time in this my second stay at the hotel, I am definitely coming back next year with my family again. The staff at the buffet restaurant, the maids, the guys serving drinks at the pool are really good. Definitely will be back next year and for a longer stay.

The beach had a lot of sea weed. The hotel did their best to clean it. But it not their fault. I guess it’s the season. It’s happening a lot of places.

Let me tell you that we are avid travelers and my husband absolutely hates all inclusive hotels. He would rather rent an Airbnb and hire a chef. We visited the Grand Sirenis with our twin 8 year olds. The food was fantastic. The waterpark was great. The hotel had plenty of activities. The service was exceptional. Shoutout to our concierge Elizabeth. She made our stay hassle free. This was one of the best experiences we ever had at a resort. We will definitely go back.

The staff was amazing, so friendly and accommodating. I can't imagine how difficult it's been through the pandemic for them. COVID protocols were top notch. Everything was clean, there were sanitation centers before each restaurant and gloves to put on for buffet. All staff in masks. Great food. Highly recommend the themed restaurants. The Mediterranean was out favorite.

older rooms, toilet clogged, entire resort ran out of water for half a day, house keeping only provided wash cloths twice even though we continued to ask and had to use hand towels, water slide (red) and the bowl were a bit rough.

the property itself was amazing. there are plenty of things you can do on the property. they had a different activity every hour and shows at night for the kids. if traveling with a family I feel this would be the best location for you.

The service was terrible. In the Tex Mex restaurant all the dirty dishes remained and I didn't even know where to sit. There are leaks of personnel and products. The Coca Cola ran out, apart from that you ordered something and it arrived late. One more thing is that at the Leisure Club they treated us terribly. They insisted so much that we acquire the plan, the psychology and pressure for us to do that was noticeable. When we refused, their attitudes changed, to cold and not at all friendly gestures. I mean, the guy even scratched the page on which he was explaining things to us with a pen.

everything.No clean,nobody understand english ,said 5-6 alacarte restaurant but all of them not restaurant very limited food and dirty and small places.workers are very rude and look like they don’t want to work .management terrible concierge people liar whoever you go tell you different think .Our worse vacation .waterpark no hygiene and not safe all of us get hurt .hotel ,beach beautiful but too bad management make them terrible
