The pools too dirty and they start cleaning them around 8 a.m. The towels service too far and there was only one officr open

The food was good, location ok. The service was not good and the majority doesnt speak any foreign language. They say yes yes.

I didn’t like being approached several times on the beach each day by people trying to sell souvenirs or experiences, the alcoholic beverages were not strong enough, and the food at the restaurants didn’t stand out. The buffet was amazing though. Also- our excursion to snorkel was less than desirable. They took us to one spot and we snorkeled for about 15 minutes then they took us to this area where Dolphin were caged in an enclosure and tried to sell us a dolphin experience for $100 more for each person. Felt bad for the Dolphin and we were taken advantage of when all we wanted to do was snorkeling!

Loved everything about our stay. The grounds were beautiful and everything was spread out so it didn’t feel too crowded.

Service was poor and most staff quite moody. A few great ones though. Food was disappointing at times and was never ready at start of the service. Had to repeatedly ask for drinks at meal times.

Great facilities. Lots of space to relax and never get busy or over crowded. Lots to do. Kids club was great, the kids loved it.

Hard to reserve the a la carte restaurants. I tried to book on the first day of arrival using app but nothing available. Hope there is a more exciting water park or activities for older kids.

Very spacious family suite. Two bathrooms are good for busy family. Exotics animals are around the property. Kids love watching them. Staffs were friendly and accommodated most of my requests.

Air conditioning didn’t work very well in our room and had trouble with our room bracelets not working. Had to have them reset several times. That was very frustrating!

Nothing really, however fresh water is only served in small glasses from the bars. Would be great if the resort could add water bottle fill up stations in places like the lobby, the beach house and the buffet so that patrons can fill their own bottles throughout the day.

This was our second visit to Tropical Deluxe Princess (came the same time last year) and our stay was even better this time. The resort is absolutely stunning! It’s smaller, well planned out and never feels too crowded which we love. The family rooms are spacious and perfect with separate areas and bathrooms for adults and kids, beds are comfortable, showers have good pressure - everything you would want. We found the food to be a lot better this time compared to last year and were really happy with everything. We even ran into a lot of staff from last year and it was nice that they recognised us and welcomed us back like old friends. We travelled as a group of 9, including young kids, parents and grandparents and the resort catered to all. A special thank you to Alexandra at the kids club for taking such good care of our boys, to Andres and Patricio at the platinum club for the best drinks and lunches, Emilio for his amazing energy and friendliness with the whole family and though I didn’t get his name, the amazing young man who made us eggs and omelettes every morning at the buffet. We will be back!

Couldn’t get reservations at almost every on-site restaurant due to them all being full. Restaurant waitstaff were understaffed and thus not very attentive. Front desk staff were not very helpful and we had to return to front desk after checking in because they forgot to have us pay and our room key bracelets did not work. Never could reach anyone at front desk by phone. Only had two towels in room despite 3 guests. Oh, and we were charged 4 nights despite changing our reservations to 3 night by the deadline due to missing our flight. Was told by hotel staff we would have to talk to booking.com about refund.

Great location, nicely refurbished and modern facilities. Loved the grounds and coffee shop. Beach and pools were wonderful!

Housekeeping and service from waiters at the buffet was inconsistent and getting restaurant reservations was impossible without complaining to guest services. There was also a sewage smell in the room at times which was very off putting. The wifi was a total disappointment and we had to switch to our carrier plans which is not ok.

Beach, pools landscaping and layout, especially the tropical forest setting were beautiful. As was the natural zoo. The Kids Club was great and the food at the restaurants and buffet was very good. Loved not having to walk a mile inside to get food at lunchtime and for snacks, and that the beach bar served a good selection of food. Activities such as mini golf and archery were fun. We enjoyed the beach party and the evening entertainment too.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at tropical deluxe resort. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a significant issue - the presence of fleas in the room. Throughout our stay, everyone in our party experienced numerous flea bites, making our time at your property uncomfortable and distressing. This unforeseen problem significantly impacted the overall quality of our stay and left us quite disappointed. I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, but the presence of fleas in the room is a serious concern that should be promptly addressed to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of your guests. One of our TV did not worked, internet kind of slow. But you can purchase if you want it faster.

I really liked the facility, the beach is great. Tge waves a little to big for small kids, but they enjoyed the swimming pool

The only thing that wasn’t too great was the food, although this was my first all-inclusive so not sure if that is typical.

The beach was incredible and the facilities were clean and recently updated. We were only 2 but the only room we found was the family suite. It was really clean and spacious, and recently renovated.
