Waiting more dn 20mins for the bell boys called twice was told each 5-10 mins. There no elevator and they put me on 4th floor not asking if I can walk upstairs each time.there no entertainment when it rains. WiFi is very bad not all the time u will be connected.need to have better lighting in the bedroom. The table tennis should be covered wind and sun affect the game. The soccer table is all broken. Some entertainment should be provided during the day in a shaded place.

The entertainment for the Dominican show was awesome better then grand bravo. Food was okay lots of nice drinks Mr Santos was so kind to make me a banana mama cocktail it was a first and must try. Love the selection of fruits

Everything is perfect! Delicious food, best Garden, awesome swimming pools with a view. Love your animation team, we had some much fun.

Service was really poor, particularly cleaning service. Staff was generally cold and rude. Tips are expected for every single thing they do. Also, managers allow scammers to approach clients inside the facilities. Watch out for Royal Holidays, vendors, and photographers.

Buffet is pretty good specially for breakfast. Nice location and amenities.

Restaurant- Buffet does not have much variety Bed sheets and towel were not on good condition.

The buffet did get crowded but that’s to be expected! Wifi wasn’t always accessible.

Very clean and comfortable! Big property-4 pools, water slides, lots of food options, yet still low key. Property is beachfront - umbrellas and chairs provided. Small kids club with air conditioning right in front of kids pool. Nice TV in room. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms all over the property were always clean. Could always get chairs, towels, etc for the pool area. Also had an area with flamingos, peacocks, iguanas, ducks - kids loved seeing these guys so close! Perfect for families with kids - ours are 6 and 4 and they were over the moon. We thought the food was great and the service as well. Absolutely recommend and would go back.

The staff!! I have never been somewhere where the staff was mean and unpleasant all day. the female staff had so much attitude! Also for a resort the welcomes everyone, a lot of the staff knew no English.

This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and for these reasons I will never stay at an all inclusive resort again: 1) The food is garbage. I had a horrible food experience. 2) The rooms were not clean. Smelled moldy and had a lot of condensation on the floor. When you shower the water would flood the room. I spent more time cleaning than relaxing. The linens did not smell clean and fresh. The TV was broken. 3) Most staff don't understand or speak English. 4) My family and experienced a few racist/discriminated moments from the staff. Now that one shocked me because we were on an island in the Caribbean.

1) I liked the location. 2) also like that it provides us with a gulf cart pickup service throughout the day and night. Which is the most genius idea, because it's a very large facility and during the day it is very hot. 3) They also have plenty of activities for the kids. 4) The bell men. Very kind and considerate.

Really bad food, staff treat people as they don’t care if you feel comfortable or not. Worst experience in my entire life about a hotel. I’m Dominican and I don’t want tourist think that all hotels in DR are like this, there is a lot of good options in Punta Cana please do not stay in this hotel never in your live.

Customer Service, specially in bars…no access to any restaurant during the stay…too many mosquitoes in the locations…soft drinks and juices a disaster (taste really bad)

QR code for everything but sometimes the WiFi was hard to get so one time we had trouble viewing the menu at a particular restaurant. Timeshare people could be tough to avoid.

The grounds were well kept, the room was beautiful and comfortable. Restaurants were delicious. Pools were clean and activity staff provided fun and frequent entertainment and games. Nightly dancing and/or shows were a highlight. Had a wonderful free scuba lesson in the pool with Renee…he was so sweet and he always went out of his way to chat with us the rest of the week. If you want to book an excursion, book it there at the Seapro hut on the beach. BUT BRING CASH! The DR excursions mainly operate on cash.

the rooms smelled of musty odor, hard to get room service to come when you need them. they didn’t restock fridge daily, food and drinks was terrible.

The buffet food was terrible and there was often no capacity at the a la carts restaurants. The alcohol served was really cheap - probably the worst cocktails I’ve ever had!! Most staff just don’t seem to care (reception/restaurant/bar) and as a same sex couple, we often felt overlooked or ignored. Finally, we had to request cleaning every day that we were there
